I absolutely love Tyler Anderson as a provider! I feel comfortable talking to him, he’s very understanding, compassionate, and smart. He listens to my concerns and is proactive. He doesn’t just treat the body, but the mind as well, as it’s all connected. I recommend him time and time again. His medical assistant, Kareena, is always so pleasant. It’s nice seeing the same two people for the past few years.

By far the best overall medical practice I have been a patient of. Family practice, IPC, Gastro Doc's, Hospital staff, Radiology staff and all ancillary Tri State staff...just amazingly professional and caring...Thanks to all of you ! Stephen L.

Dr Tyler Anderson is awesome

Been seeing Tyler Anderson for about 10 years. Great doctor, awesome guy, but the family practice itself is a joke. I have a prescription i get filled every month an its a hassle EVERY month. Either sent to wrong pharmacy or it takes more then 48 hours to fill. Leave messages for Andersons nurse an never get a call back. I recommend Anderson as a doctor, but not the family practice. But they go hand in hand

I am so disappointed in this clinic. I needed a small procedure done & called to make sure the office could do this & they said yes. I mailed my packet I was emailed & set my appt for 3 weeks later. I was called to verify appt which I said yes & repeated my procedure & they said yes. I’m sitting in my car after driving 2.5 hrs because when I went to my appointment the nurse said they do not do this procedure there. I verified multiple times & included this procedure in my new patient packet. This place is a joke & very unprofessional. Thank goodness I sat and found another physician who can help me. I wouldn’t trust anyone I know to come here if they can’t even know what they are doing from scheduling. Very disappointing

I had two doctors at Tri-State both were the worst doctors I have ever seen in this whole valley. Dr woodruff discriminated against me completely dismissed my disabilities that were proven on paper and argued with me costing me my ability to get a place because he refused to help me with some very simple paperwork and said that I was not disabled enough for him to help me when I had ample diagnosis qualifying me as disabled it was not his place to determine whether I was disabled or not for he was not the diagnosing doctor of my disabilities yet he threw all of those facts out the window and refuse to provide me the most important care I needed furthermore setting me back way back on getting my own place knowing that I was homeless.

Dr turniak for behavioral health continued to mess up my medical leave paperwork and when I asked her to correct it I got nothing but retaliation and Malice and treated very terribly by her nurse on the matter and then doctor turniak threw me out as a client because she didn't want to deal with simple paperwork refusing to correct the paperwork almost costing me my job.

I would not recommend Tri-State for these two doctors they are the worst doctors I have ever seen in the whole valley and I have seen a lot of doctors in this Valley worst experience worse treatment I have ever gotten and still to this day it bothers me how I was treated and what was said to me by both woodruff and turniak and turniaks nurse

Can never get an appointment with my own family doctor. Always get referred to urgent care. More than a 2 month wait for a routine appointment. Ridiculous
