Recently bought a battery-powered light there, and received, to my shock, a t shirt-wrapped cinderblock.
When I took it back the return desk employees were helpful and understanding, and made sure I got an actual light. Highly recommend this Lowe's.

A very neat and clean and organize business. It is very helpful that you have the free air outside to pump up tires. Thank God because it save me a trip and money. I appreciate that and whoever thought of that idea of putting the air pump outside was great. Especially for all of the contractors in people doing work and utilizing Lowe's for supplies. That was the perfect idea. Also I like the fact that there is a discount for military veterans. That 10% helps out a lot especially when tackling big projects. It helps save money that you can pay someone to help you do your job or to invest more in what you are working on. I feel that Lowe's is a business that is part of the community and takes care of the community. I strongly urge and suggest that you use this business for any building supplies and other things you may need. One good thing is that you can also get wood cut to size that you want and also you can get all the items to custom size. The employees are very nice but probably could work on their knowledge of products, however each Lowe's appears to have a subject matter expert that can point you in the right direction if a certain employee can't help you. Another key point is that they have a return policy so if you buy too much would you can bring the unused / on damaged product back and you can be refunded the amount or you can use it credit towards another purchase or switch out for the same product. You can't beat any of these things there for Lowe's is the best. Thank you

Return policies and return desk personnel are excellent and efficient. Gives great confidence to buying process for customers. All Lowe's customer support personnel are fabulous...all are extremely knowledgeable about product locations in store (Southern Pines, NC). Saves huge time in finding and buying needed products. Bought a refrigerator a year ago. Excellent deal, and delivery and installation, which had to involve carrying this large unit over grass, etc., and then somehow through narrow/normal house door...incredible skilled and challenging job..executed perfectly.

I always get good service there.

I just wanted to share the great experience I have at the Lowes in Aberdeen, NC. This older gentleman was so kind to help me in the tools department. Not only climbing up a latter once but twice because I chose the wrong tool. He was nice and very helpful? The manager of this store was very helpful on many occasions also. He is very kind and nice to assist with whatever you may be looking for. Not many managers are willing to step away from there office to help a customer. Thought this was exceptional on Mr Skippers behalf.

I go to this location very often and I’ve literally never had a bad experience or encountered an unfriendly employee. They have skilled people to answer hard questions like plumbing or electrical which really helps when you are a DIY person!

This store is really clean.
Taylor in appliances helped us get the refrigerator we wanted. When we found out the model was unavailable due to a manufacturers recall, she helped us find another model and price matched the difference which was several hundreds of dollars, thanks also to the manager for the big thumbs up.
We have a Lowes in Sanford but would rather travel the half hour due to more floor models and more helpful service.
This price was better than Sears, Best Buy, and The Home Depot.
I will keep shopping Taylor and this Lowes location

I used to make jokes about never getting help in Lowes when looking for a product. This last year or two of going has been totally different. Have personally been impressed with this Lowes and their customer support.

Store iswell organized and well stocked. The staff were helpful and they had plenty of outdoor carts. It was fairly busy for a Thursday. Check out was fast and easy.

I went to the service counter at Lowes for help in ordering some fans because I couldn’t get through their on line checkout. Alex came to my rescue. She was so patient.
She never got ruffled even with multiple distractions.
Alex is the example how we all wish customer service would be and I know she will go far in her career.
