Love Provision Ace!! The owners Jill and Randy are incredibly nice people and the staff is AWESOME!! Everyone there is beyond helpful but I'd like to give a specific shout out to Alex who is over the Garden Center. Alex does an outstanding job!! So happy they have expanded the garden center in the new store!!

If you’re looking for a place that’s more than just a hardware store, look no further. I stopped in for the first time today, and was assisted by Caleb. Not only was he thorough in his questions regarding my project, but he also made sure I was getting the best quality for my money. Thanks again, Customer for life!

I shop at this Ace every so often when I don't want to go all the way to Aberdeen when I need something. All of the employees in this store are super nice and helpful. And now that they are in a new bigger building they carry a lot more stuff, which is really helpful. I would like to see more variety of tool brands, maybe a little less Milwaukee and more less expensive homeowner options like Ryobi. After all it's supposed to be a neighborhood hardware store, instead of high end overpriced professional tools that no homeowner could justify buying just to use a couple times a year.

Since the new building opened, there's a lot more in stock and am able to use them over Lowe's much more frequently. Always friendly staff and someone always checks to see if you need help finding something.

Shopped at both the old Ace and Provision Ace, and the experiences were always positive and amazing. Everyone is friendly and very knowledgeable. You hardly have to walk around looking for assistance here. I hardly ever go to Lowes now even though it's a closer drive for me. They also sell meat and alcohol here.

In fact, it's safe to say that this is our favorite Ace store on the entire east coast! The exceptional service and unique offerings make it stand out. During our visit, several staff members went above and beyond to make our experience memorable. Ms. Kitty in the clothing department, Terry in the garden center, and another lovely lady in the clothing department (whose name escapes me, but we connected over our shared taste in fashion) stood out with their knowledge and helpfulness.

And let's not forget the convenience of getting our propane tanks filled while shopping for everything else we needed. It's the little things like this that make Ace Hardware Southern Pines a one-stop destination!

What truly sets this place apart, though, is the garden center. It's like stepping into a beautiful spa with its serene ambiance. The tranquility you find there is unmatched, making it a delightful place to browse and get lost in nature.

The staff is exceptionally knowledgeable and friendly. Prices and wide selection are more than competitive. It may not be right around the corner, but the shopping experiences more than justify the drive.

Stopped into get some paint for a job. A couple miles from here. Very very clean. It's everything you could think of Ace hardware store would have and more. They had a Kensington line of paint which I thought worked really well. We bought we bought a satin finish for the trim with the high grade they had and was really good paint. The old guy mixing our paint was a little edgy and short sided. But what do you expect from someone that's 75 or better? As we waited for our paint, I stood there and looked about the entire store. Pretty much everything you could think of hardware wise with what look to be a farm supply as well. Just remember when in doubt, Ace is the place to be.

Love the smoker grill options and all the spices they offer and pellets. Neat store to jus browse and look around. Lots of great gifts for anybody. Employees are very friendly and courteous.

Love ACE hardware. Heck I love just about any hardware store for that matter. But I do recommend stopping in to see what they have available. Lots of neat things to check out. Always have good sales going on. Plus you take a few minutes to join the ACE Rewards club and you'll get even more savings. I get a really nice discount from them every year for my birthday. Comes in the mail every year like clock work in the form of a awesome discount!! Oh and they sell a little bit of ammo. Just recently found that out. 380, 9mm, 45, 223, 12ga, 10ga. And even a nice selection of cutlery.

I go there almost every day and never fail to find what I need. You pay a little more sometimes, but not always. If you are a griller, this should be your only stop. Their seasoning shelf is one of the best I have seen. I found an amazing beef rub which has become my standard. But, it is just a great store. Pay a few more pennys, and save your dignity. The floor staff is energetic and knowledgeable. They will actually give you help as opposed to pointing to an aisle while they are occupied doing something else. And, you never have to park more than a few steps from the door, or get your nice truck beaten up by shopping carts. Since moving to Southern Pines, this has been my most valuable find.
