Let me start off by saying that GreyFox Outdoor has to be the best company we’ve had the pleasure of doing business with. My wife and I have been purchasing our outdoor furniture from them since early 2020 and will continue to do so for as long as we need something. The quality of this furniture speaks for itself (best made), but the customer service is what won us over. Sam and Betty are some of the best people you’ll ever meet. They are very personable to us each time we walk through the door, and that continues throughout the process of delivery, setup. We will never shop anywhere but GreyFox for our outdoor needs. High quality furniture that lasts. We’ve purchased a table/chair set, 2 cantilever umbrellas and a patio sofa with tables and 2 chairs. We’ve had lots of compliments on them. Sam is great to work with and delivers and sets up. Lots of personalized service. We recommend going to see what they can help you with and help create a beautiful outdoor space.

Words can not express how happy we are with GreyFox Outdoor. Firstly my husband and I live in a neighborhood with a Homeowners Association (HOA) and GreyFox Outdoor quickly provided us with all the details, schematics and plans that were needed to get fast approval.
Secondly they respected our property. There was no trash left behind after they completed the install and nothing was damaged. You would never have known there was a team of installers at my home.
Thirdly, GreyFox Outdoor is a trustworthy company with a great team of installers that pride themselves in customer service. So, I have been looking for and researching adirondak chairs and rockers for a year now. A year ago, I decided "now is the time" to do it. But I never found anything that felt quite right. Yesterday I saw this company's facebook page and their showroom looked amazing. So I drove up there (about 40 minutes) with a clear trunk and my backseats laid flat. (I was prepared j u s t i n c a s e ... lololol). Based on what I saw online, I had a suspicion that I would find what I want.
When I went in, I was immediately greeted and I felt like I belonged there. Seeing all they had in their showroom was a dream come true. Sitting in a chair and feeling it is sooooo much better than trying to make an online decision. Instead, I made a truly informed decision ... with my notepad and calculator lololol. Ms. Marcie was the perfect salesperson. It was just a comfortable vibe and I knew I was in the right place. I chose 2 swivel gliders that look sooooo fresh and rich and I am so proud of myself for choosing this company. Thank you to Ms. Marcie and her truly competent insight. And Ms Betty and the gentleman that was there - he helped me to put one of the chairs in the back of my car ...it fit because I have a hatchback. I went back today to pick up the 2nd chair. This was a great experience.
I loved the fact that their showroom was one that allowed us (the customer) to have the option to choose from their current inventory and take it home that day or special order an item from a world of choices. It is absolutely beautiful in there !!!
I must say, I'm pretty darn proud of myself for going to GreyFox Outdoor. I love it when I make great choices. Lol. And I'm thankful that these business owners have a WONDERFUL business practice going on. They've got it down-pat. Can you say c U s T o M e R s E r V i C e ??? =)

Fantastic! That’s the best word I can think of to describe the service we received from Sam and Betty at GreyFox in Southern Pines, NC. We recently installed a pool in our backyard and, with the supply chain issues, we struggled to find quality furniture that worked in our space. We looked everywhere with no luck. Then we heard about GreyFox and decided to stop in. We were immediately greeted by this super friendly couple who very patiently listened to our ideas and then worked with us to choose the right pieces. We wanted products that were essentially maintenance free and they had a wide selection to fit our needs. We took delivery a week later and initially loved everything! The next day though, we questioned our color selection on a few of the pieces. No problem! Sam and Betty happily swapped out those pieces and delivered another option that we love! They are the best and we will absolutely continue to shop there for all of our outdoor furniture needs!

Wonderful experience. Love, love, love my new rectangle gazebo. The crew cleaned up everything leaving me with nothing to do but enjoy!

When you walk into GreyFox Outdoor, you immediately feel at home. Sam and Betty attentively answered all our questions and let us lounge and try out their furniture during several visits while our 2 year old played on the outdoor play set they have in their showroom. What ultimately helped us make a decision was the 20 year manufacturing warranty on the polyethylene furniture they carry. Once we chose a set, the ordering process was easy and when the shipment came in, Betty and Sam worked hard to make sure we were satisfied with our furniture. They helped us set it up on our porch and cleaned it upon delivery. We were thrilled!

10 months later, and we are still enjoying our outdoor furniture and look forward to many more years of use! The pillow covers are easy to clean, thankfully. However- note if you have small children, maybe the darker color cushions would be best!

Ultimately, we had a great experience at GreyFox outdoor and highly recommend checking them out!

Great Experience! Sam is awesome and so helpful. Store has play equipment set up inside so you can check it all out. Sam was very patient while helping me design my custom playset. It showed up right on schedule and was installed properly and quickly. Very impressed with this transaction! If your thinking about a playset I highly recommend this place.
