J.B. Short Carpet One Floor & Home

We are thrilled with our runner from J B Short Carpet One. Very professional and polite installers, and Suzanne was great to work with.

Didn’t know this place was here! I needed a Benjamin Moore color to match my cabinets for a project. They were able to recommend the correct paint and primer I needed as well as supplies and tips for my project! Will definitely return for our future minwax staining project.

After a bothched start with Legacy Flooring (Lowes subcontractor), J.B. Short was recommended to us by my in-laws. From start to finish we couldn't be happier. Picking out carpeting to match our existing laminate flooring, the initial measuring and quote, scheduling, and installation... everything went as smoothly as possible. We had a living room and two bedrooms carpeted. The installers were very friendly and professional. We will be using and recommending J.B. Short from now on!

After getting screwed by our builder we were refereed to Suzanne at JB Short to get our tile redone. She is very professional and responsive. We would gladly work with them again.

Their installer Jeff is fantastic as well, he will answered all of our questions and worked very efficiently and cleans up after himself not leaving a mess behind.

We bought a home here in NC while we were living in CO. I worked with Suzanne and she was WONDERFUL! Very quick to respond to emails and phone calls. We had a little snafoo with the carpet we picked out (would not be ready at time of install) Suzanne came up with a solution that worked without compromising on the carpet we wanted.
Install was great and completed before we moved into our NC home.
Just an FYI if you are upgrading your flooring you might need to upgrade your vacuum.

Carpet One helped us to install new flooring in our house, and they did an excellent job. Their staff were friendly, helpful, and gave us a great product. When we faced weather delays they stayed flexible and got the job done. We could not be more satisfied with their work!

Hardwood floor refinish looks lovely they had fair prices, were punctual and courteous. They did a great job we will definitely go back if we need flooring done and highly recommend them.

Got quoted at fair market prices to redo 4 bedrooms with new carpet. There was a blip in the schedule of installation but it was quickly fixed. Carpet is beautiful and we could not be happier.
