Quick, efficient and friendly service when mailing packages. Honestly, the best post office with which I have dealt. And kudos to our mailman who somehow manages to make deliveries on time in a remote mountain area, always with a smile.

Can never get through when calling because the phone line is always busy. I've been trying to get through all day now (9:00 am - 1:27pm). Do they only have one line or do they simply take it off the hook? Customer service is ok, depending on who you get. Some are really nice, while others are rude. I've received more lectures from one particular person than I ever did from my Mom when growing up. It seems a few postal workers don't mind forwarding my mail to my PO Box while others will simply return the package, or give it to me with along with the dreaded lecture.
