I use auto Zone commercial 95% of the time unless they dont have a part I need. But great service and prices

I don't like going here... because when I do it means my mustang's or jeeps need something. But the staff is normally good. They don't ask 2 wheel drive or 4 wheel drive when you buy windshield wipers, yes that happened at the "other" parts store next door. As long as they keep the staff I'll keep going. But if they ever lose the customer service they have now, I'll just order online.

Friendly employees and helpful. Clean professional service. I went to get wind shield wipers and a alternator for my car and it was quick and easy, nice experience to shop there.
Then I also bought car washing materials. They are all very nice things. And the alternator works great. Highly recommended .

Very clean well organized store. Been in here many of times for different parts. Once i bought a set of windshield wipers and the same day i realized one of them was defective and i had thrown away the packaging but still had the receipt. I called the store and the manager was very understanding and they still allowed me to exchange the one that was defective for another. I definitely recommend this place to anybody.

I was highly impressed by this location the two times I've frequented it. The staff have been overly friendly and helpful both times not to mention prompt with service. What I can't get over is why I fell away from this place to begin with. When you compare their house brand pricing to any of the other other stores, AutoZone's pricing typically comes in around half the price. I just wish they carried better filters than STP or fram which I consider junk. They do have other brands but my car is limited on who makes one for it that is premium in my eyes. Great place who wants your business as you can see from the reply.

It's clean and there's no boxes in the aisle, the people that works there are very helpful, and polite, if you don't understand it they will look it up for you.

After calling around checking on prices of car batteries. I found that although AutoZone was a few dollars higher than Napa they installed the battery for me. I was not in a position to change it out myself. Very courteous service from the employee and it was installed rather quickly.

I had called asking for a radiator cap and told them i was on the way to get it. When i showed up younger dude had the part i needed waiting at the register so i didnt have to wait on them to go get it. A+ sevice give this dude a raise for putting customers 1st
