A lot of people don’t want to forgive, because they think if they forgive people, then they’ve got to trust them again.
No. That’s a whole different issue! Let me say it again: Forgiving someone does not mean you have to trust that person. It means that person has to earn the trust.
Forgiveness and a restoration of a relationship are two different things.
Forgiveness is only your part, whether they respond or not, whether they ask for it or not, whether they even recognize they need it or not. You forgive for your sake. Restoration of a relationship takes far more than forgiveness. It takes repentance. It takes restitution and a rebuilding of trust. And it often takes much more time.

Great customer service. Ordered PTO Gear for Farmtrac 320 that was shown in parts manual but was actually the wrong part. They called me about it to ensure right gear was ordered. You don't get that level if detail and knowledge now days. Thanks guys! Saved me a lot of time and frustration.

My husband and I own a small business in Indiana, Crawford County Tractor Parts. I have called Sundowner Tractor several times now about Vicon and Bush Hog parts. They have been very helpful, and I have received my shipments promptly.

not that pleased. i work for a tractor repair shop in arkansas. after browsing parts online, came across this company, so i called to confirm the part. i was told 3 days to arrive..a week went by and nothing had showed up. i called them and they called the warehouse and found out that the warehouse hadn't even shipped the parts yet. and they promised me they would be there in 2 days. they did come in 2 days, but there was no invoice, no receipt. just a clear plastic envelope with the parts ordered..nor was there an im sorry we screwed up message..

I will not Order anything else from them. Had talked to them about sending part back and was given the run around after sending parts back. I’m done!!

I purchased a fuel cap for a Montana 3644HST tractor - which they claim to know about - and the part they sent me did not fit. Now they tell me they have a 10-day return policy (which is about how long it took to get the part).

The cost of the part was about 3x what you would expect. This might be acceptable for an obscure tractor, if the part actual was correct! Be careful of these people!

Ordered a part charged my card and sent me a tracking number on may 19 said est arrival time 2 days called today jun 1st. I got a girl on the phone not the woman I dealt with and asked to speak to which was Shelly who was on another call. So this lady says she will call the warehouse she comes back and says it never shipped out but Shelly double checked the part was in stock and would be shipped right out! So the girl just acts like it’s no big deal so I said just refund my card and she said ok fine really quick and hung up the phone terrible Customer Service! Not can we overnight it to you or help on pricing because it was our fault guess you are not worried about return business! 🤷🏻‍♂

We used this company based on internet reviews to find an injector for a Montana Tractor. We are a NAPA dealer in Oregon and needed the part for our customer. We gave them the make, model, and serial #. They said they had the part and would ship it same day. 2 weeks later the part had not arrived. Week 3 they resent the part, it was received a week later, and was not the correct part. (also was sent with no invoice, packing slip, etc)
I called to get an RMA to send the part back and only got voicemail. Left numerous voicemails but got no reply. After a week I finally got the RMA # and return address.
After they received the part back I received the credit. They charged me a restocking fee and the memo stated that they were "not given a chance to send correct part" (the part THEY said would fit!)
This transaction was a nightmare that cost us over $100.00 using this company.
Would NOT recommend this place to anyone, including our competitors!

I told, Sundowner employee. Alisha that I need 4 tierods and 2 steering gear arms. For my 35 farmtrac.they arrived they sent 4 left handed threaded tierods I called them back. I needed 2 left handed treads and 2 right handed threaded tierods. They said don't do anything until you hear from us. A week went by. I called back. Alisha told me they had to order the parts from india. It will take 12 to 14 days. I called two weeks ago they said they was in flight. Didn't hear anything called back today Shelley said their in flight. I told her I'm tired of waitin. She said, I've been nice to you, I told her I'd think about it. She said, what do you mean you'll think about it. We'll fight the credit card company over this we special ordered your parts. Shelly has a smart mouth. It's not my fault they sent me the wrong parts. This will be the last time I ever buy anything from Sundowner again.!!!!!!

Knowledgeable about parts but worthless on every thing else ordered parts a month ago still hasn't shipped from warehouse talked to Shelley terrel she was a B@$!# a complete Karen very disrespectful to me I wasn't even trying to be rude to her just inquired about the parts I ordered thinking there might been a payment issue . Shelley must be family from the other bad reviews she has company clearly doesn't care about her attitude.

The lady I was talking to hung up on me. She went on a rant about how they are the only company that had the part I need and I was wrong. She was more interested in making a sale on an over priced hydraulic pump than helping a past customer.
