Great experience on my first visit that was not rushed and was very thorough. Will be replacing my KC endo with Dr Seratt.

Dr. Seratt is the epitome of a country doctor. It might seem he visits too much during an appointment, but his eyes and ears are examining you while talking. In these times of a specialist for every part of the body and hospital doctors instead of your doctor, it's comforting to know Dr. Seratt is keeping watch.
During covid, my husband suffered an abscess deep in his throat. He was on a ventilator in ICU for five days. Covid restrictions allowed no visitors. I knew none of the hospital doctors and where other patients could phone or facetime friends, I could not. Dr. Seratt was amazing at explaining in laymen's terms what the hospital doctors were telling me. Without doubt, he was priceless for that week and again the following week when my husband returned home with ICU psychosis. He spoke with me every day, texted me and vice versa, then never charged a dime.
I recommend Dr. Seratt to all my friends and relatives and many go to the Eastside Clinic (the name of Dr. Seratt's office).

He is a very great Dr. He is very great at what he does. Cares bout his patients

Been my Doctor since he started his practice, he is a wonderful, caring, very knowledgable person. He has a wonderful staff, too!

The only thing I have to say is that I love you guys but you need to put your hours online. Bc I can’t remember what the voice mail said... after listening to it 3 times

The only thing this doctor is good at is refilling prescriptions on time. The rest is highly lacking. Desperately needed to up my antidepressants & talk about adding something else to it, but he was out of town for 2 wks & there wasn't even a nurse that could speak w/ me. Only the receptionist & she was absolutely NO HELP. I'll be finding another doctor. (& definitely a younger one!) These old prehistoric doctors need to just retire.
