My wife used this dentist for years. She had a great experience throughout this relationship. After one of her appointments, we received a large bill and notification that our insurance is no longer affiliated with this business. No notification prior to her appointment was given. For some reason this is common practice and notification isn’t required but it speaks volumes to the lack of care for patients. Common practice is never an excuse for poor customer service.
