♡We had a large group and they did great! Every dish brought out was beautiful. Fresh food and delicious flavors make this a place to return. The waitstaff was on their game and no one left hungry. There were a couple fried ice creams at the table and not a bite was left. I'm told this is worthy of ordering and I missed out. If you like sushi. I highly recommend. They do have some cute party rooms. Enjoy!

I've found my new favorite sushi spot! What sets it apart is that they offer uni, which is a rare find. Many people are hesitant to try sea urchin, but I can't get enough of it. The pork katsu curry was excellent, just look at the picture. If you guys are getting sushi, make sure you get the real wasabi $2 it's worth it!

I have been to Japan and have had Japanese food. When I become nostalgic for the country, I come here.

The food does not compare to Japan, but this is the closest you can get to it here in Oklahoma. My go-to place. ⛩🏯🇯🇵🍱

The BEST SUSHI PLACE IN OKLAHOMA. Our favorite chef moved from Neko to this place a few years ago. Chihiro is her name and she's fantastic. The food is fresh and amazing. Everything we ordered was wonderful. Best place for a birthday celebration if you like sushi.

Congratulations on the new facilities. I am most happy to see that the parking lot was full when we drove up and there was a large group of people waiting to be seated!

The sashimi was excellent, For the first time, I enjoy the octopus sashimi and the complement go to the chief.

First time trying this place, on a Friday evening at that. Wasn’t too crowded, we were promptly greeted, seated and served. The items were reasonably priced and the taste was delicious.

Will more than certainly be visiting again soon!

Such a great low key place to get delicious and well priced sushi. They have a ton of options and everything we’ve tried is always so good. The service is great as well. I would definitely recommend this restaurant if you’re in the area.

A very welcoming place. It had wonderful staff, amazing food, and a very positive atmosphere. Our waiter, Ramsey, was very attentive, kind, and often made of trips to check on us. Below, you will see the Snow Mountain Roll, which was delicious! Also, the sushi was prepared quickly, and we were eating in no time. This was a great experience! Can't wait to go back!

Came here on recommendation from a friend. The rolls were great, but the real star was the nigiri. The gyoza was fresh and delicious. Our server Ramsey was attentive and friendly. Would definitely visit again if back in the area.

Wow. I was uncertain considering my previous sushi experiences in the mid west. I thought for sure the best could only be found in Seattle or LA. I couldn't have been more mistaken. First, I noticed no Himachi kama on the menu, to which I inquired to our wonderful server Lacy. She quickly checked and they offer different cuts. I'll say in all of the places I've visited this Himachi Kama was the best. They way it was cut was a major game changer for me. Next came the main event. I ordered Mackerel, Salmon, and Blue and Yellow fin. All were delicious, and plated with care. (You can always tell the difference when you're food is prepared with love) Next came my Blue fin Toro, and Sable fish accompanied by Uni and Ikura w Quail Egg. These cuts were exceptional! The proprietor came by and talked shop with us for a moment. Realizing we were all food lovers, she brought over a truffled ponzu that was on point for the Sable. The rice had that perfect taste with the right texture and when I say the fish was some of the best I've had, it's no understatement. If you are in need of proper sushi indulgences, this is the spot for you. The dining room is quaint but cozy,and the sushi bar looked like a good bit of fun. They also offer private traditional dining upon reservation.

Tokyo rivals any other sushi restaurant including Nobu Houston. Unbelievable out of Oklahoma City. The tempura is flaky, airy, and delicious. The best of anywhere. Their fishes, transparent, glossy, and cool. They have a white selection all the time. However, the new place doesn’t have the same cozy feel. Still my favorite sushi place.

1st let me say, my favorite sushi place of all time. 2nd some of the best staff & customer service you'll ever receive. 3rd the food is incredible here...and I mean, I've been coming here for about 15yrs & I have NEVER had a bad meal or experience there. For my B'Day, I rent their private room, that seats 10 people. Kim ALWAYS take good care of me...she's amazing! Promise...you will NOT be disappointed!

A very inconspicuous gem in NW OKC. Was looking for a new sushi place to try and this came highly recommended, and for good reason! Shumai was fantastic, miso soup was so comforting, and the SUSHI was hands down the best I've had in OKC. I highly recommend this spot for sushi lovers.

This cultural gem is top notch. Having spent time in Japan experiencing the food, Tokyo restaurant is very authentic in flavor. Recommend eating here! Loved the chicken katsu curry.

This place is an amazing diamond discovery!!! Small, quaint and looks like a house. When you open the door you are taken into an amazing sushi-ramen house. The waitress was friendly and suggested many different items! The seating is smaller because it’s a tiny place, however the food was amazing. We all had a great time. This is definitely our pick for sushi and ramen.

For years I've been going here and consistently the service, quality, and atmosphere have been tops.
They've been safe and courteous, cleaning tables between customers. That care isn't surprising given how much focus they put into the details.

Don't sleep on the grilled mackerel - a bunch of food for less than $14! All the sushi is great. They have a huge drink menu - try the house sake hot!

If you're doing delivery, a note that the portion and value aren't quite there always ($10 for a tiny cup of squid salad). But otherwise it's been an awesome value.

Parking might me tough. But they do well at moving people into seats as quick as they can.

Great to see sushi made fresh in front of ya. I've had sushi in Japan, and this is easily comparable. Love that it's in OKC.

The food was everything that the menu said that it would be! On this date I visited during the lunch hour. I ordered Tempura Shrimp- it came with 3 large shrimp, 2 pork fried wontons and a cup of miso soup. I also ordered the lunch portion California Roll - it came with delicious pickled ginger and wasabi paste. I ordered my food to go. Upon opening the boxes the food was packed Beautifly - very visually appealing, it was fresh, and they made sure not to leave off the neccessary sauces that often make the eating experience pleasurable! I will definitely return to this restaurant again to explore additional menu items! Oh and the service was 1st Class!!!!

Tokyo Japanese Restaurant is my favorite place to eat in Oklahoma. Everything is superb. The food, the service, and the new building are excellent! When I want to treat myself, I always go there.

Always a go to for authentic Japanese food in Okc! Atsuko has waited on my family for many years and is always so sweet. The staff is all great but the food and sake choices are wonderful. I got a salmon box this time and loved it all. The kids meals are now served in these cute cars. My sake was great as well.
