Nichols Hills Drug

I was in need of a particular medication which was currently difficult to obtain. They were able to help me and provide what I needed. They were courteous and very helpful. I will definitely use them again.

Love this pharmacy!! I transferred my prescriptions a few months ago, and am so glad I did! The staff is so helpful and knowledgeable. You can really tell the difference between using a locally owned pharmacy over a big chain! Love the customer service!

I grew up loving Nichols Hill Drug pharmacy, they used to have excellent customer services. I’ve been loyal. Unfortunately, just like chains Wallgreens and Walmart, they can make mistakes and get prescriptions wrong. Most recently, they filled a prescription I didn’t need filled, billed me, then would not return it. Hopefully they will turn things around.

If you are looking for a neighborhood family drug store with amazing, friendly service. This would be it but that catch would be that it had to be a few years ago under the original owner. Now in different hands, it’s pretty much chain made up to look like a family drug store but without the quick service.
