Great selection. Low prices. Good quality tools..much cheaper than major brands..Helpful staff. I've bought battery chargers here with warranty. They replaced them with no problem. Helpful and courteous.

The store was neat and orderly. I couldn't immediately locate what I was looking to purchase (magnetic roller to pick up nails from construction work area) but the young lady at checkout knew exactly where the item was and sent me straight to it. Great price too!

I like coming here. The coupons make me buy all kinds of things that I don't need. They have been out of a lot of things lately.

I like going there because the prices are good and the people are very nice.

Associates were very helpful. Thus store had what we needed.

I was shopping for a trailer wiring adapter. The store was out of the one I needed
However, the young man assisting me found one at a local auto store and directed me there. He went above and beyond to help me.
Additionally, I have found this store to be clean and well stocked all other times.

Everyone's super nice who works here and they usually have more stock than other Harbor Freights in the Upstate SC area.

What can I say I love Harbor Freight. They have one knowledgeable employee and the others are not so much. But hey that's pretty much the way it goes in tool stores nowadays.

Love Harbor Freight! Everyone very helpful! Jonathan was GREAT! He actually took my item out of the box and put the pieces together to make sure things would work how I needed them too! I originally got the wrong item and they were great in letting me return it.

This store and staff gets better and better very helpful people. Their quality of tools and equipment is way up from what it used to be.

I love shopping harbor freight. I would give it a list score for not having some of the things I need but I understand it's beyond their control. Lot of businesses are struggling with receiving items they need due to covid. Lot of companies are short staffed and can't meet the demands.. I've only had a couple items I couldn't get at my local store so for the staff and the efforts they put into keeping it stocked and the smiles they always have I give 5 stars. It's been months I've waited on Jack stands and they just got a shipment in. Those things can't be controlled by the company and I did notice they went beyond and above and ordered the more expensive stands just to keep customers happy. Great experience! Called ahead because we were looking for an item that was on sale. They had the tool. Pulled it off the shelf and had it waiting for us. Everyone, from the manager to the associate that checked us out, was friendly. Store was very clean and well organized. Drive 35 minutes to get to the store. Would do so again.

Everything I have as far as tools etc have come from here. Great products I would put up against about anything out there, great new warranty program, customer service has been great, stores are neat and clean. Gosh, most everything that I have to say about this store is just great. So come on over and enjoy your stay, spend your money and enjoy your products at home.

This is a great place to pick up tools, tarps, camping equipment, generators, and more.

Nice people, nice store, fabulous sales. Always watch for the flyers, coupons and sales; they're always giving things away for free along with the rest of their sale items. I got a really nice camping chair for $20 and a free tarp today.

I needed a couple of power tools for use around the house. These tools were to be used occasionally, not for heavy everyday use. Harbor Freight had a wide variety of the type of tools that fit my needs. I'm glad we have a Harbor Freight in the neighborhood. Sometimes a low priced tool is all that is needed. Does not make sense to purchase a $200.00 tool if you use it once or twice a month.

My husband used to go to the Spartanburg SC store but wasn't happy with the attitudes of the employees. He started going to this store in Forest City NC he has enjoyed shopping in this store the employees are kind and helpful. This trip he had to do an exchange I don't know the name of the girl who helped him but she did a great job. She went with him to the shelf ask him what his plan was for the product then showed him what he needed. She was right it works great!
