These are the best folks in town to work with. Great prices and everyone I interacted with went above and beyond what I hope for in customer service. More importantly, this small business is veteran owned and supporting businesses that are run for or benefit veterans is always our first choice when making a large purchase. If you want a quality product, friendly sales and wonderful plus fast delivery you need to come see these folks. We will be back to buy a frig soon!

Melissa and Sandy were great! Those ladies helped me pick out a brand new washer and dryer at a great price! They were very nice and welcoming when I was already frustrated! I will be back soon for a new refrigerator! 😁

From start to finish they did an excellent job. The sales department was very helpful and friendly to work with. The delivery was quick and really worked hard to get you set up like you wanted. They all gave great advice. I strongly recommend doing business here. (Excuse our mess, we had to make some changes for it to fit)

I went in there this morning and had the loveliest experience picking out a refrigerator! The saleswomen, Melissa and Sandy were beyond knowledgeable and friendly!! They made me feel like family and completely put me at ease with what normally would have been an overwhelming experience into something I actually enjoyed! They setup the delivery and hauling off of our old appliance for me. I was so overjoyed with the EXCELLENT service I got there!! I cannot rate them highly enough! I also bought a washing machine from there last year it has worked like a dream!! They have a repeat customer from me for life!!!!

Bought brand new Maytag washer $800. First time used flooded my laundry room ankle deep. Jared and Adam from the Appliance Center did us good! They made everything right and fixed the washer for free in a timely manner. Jared and Adam had amazing customer service. If I need any more appliances I'll go to them.

The Appliance Center in Forest City has a very nice selection of household appliances. It is a combination of new and scratch & dent. The 2 saleswomen were very nice & knowledgeable about all of the washing machines that the store sells. My vast quantity of questions were answered about the various machines. Their knowledge definitely helped in my final decision on selecting my new washing machine.

The washing machine was delivered the next day & the old washer was hauled off.

All of their scratch & dent and new washers come with a 1 year manufacture warranty. You will need to register with the manufacture of your washing machine. I was told that if you have a problem within the first 48 hours from delivery that The Appliance Center will send a repair person to fix problem. After the 48 hour period, you must contact the manufacturer for repairs or problems.

I have had a good experience with this appliance store and they will be my first stop for my next new appliance.

They were wonderful to work with! Kyle was extremely helpful in making sure that I was able to get exactly what I was looking for. I am so excited about my washing machine and I love the customer service and care.

Got a Midea fridge at a super price. Better design and more spacious and quieter that the GE Profile at twice the price in my upstairs kitchen.

That being said, I had a service call and the tech said appliances purchased at discount scratch and dent stores are usually pulled from dumpsters at factories or retailers due to issues. The factories remove the serial number from inside the fridge and cut the power cord off. Discount stores take the appliances, install a new power cord (usually an old one - mine was old and dirty) and mine wasn't grounded. So at the end of the day the factory won't honor the warranty since they record the unit as scrap.

Not an indictment against Appliance Center but scratch and dent stores in general. Tech said you're better off buying scratch and dent from an appliance main stream retail stores like Lowes etc.

Lesson learned.

Great customer service and quick delivery. Great service from delivery men they unload new . Unhooked old and took with them installed my new washer and set it up . Less than 30 minutes for it all. I am so pleased . Lady at store was like meeting an old friend!!

Everyone in this store is pleasant and helpful. Delivery was on time, guys were great and cleaned up after set up. Highly recommend this store.
