I purchased a 2016 Chevy Malibu from Carmart Edmond,OK March 2021. The staff and management team are amazing!!! They treated me like family, and when I needed them to work with me on a payment, they went out of their way for me. I want to thank Shamika for being amazing!!! Thank you, Shamika, for going above and beyond when I needed help with my account. I also want to thank Janice for having such great customer service. The rest of the management team are AMAZING!!! I recommend Carmart Edmond to anyone who needs a vehicle.

Colin was super friendly and got me into a fun little mini cooper. This is my second time buying a car from any dealership and it was a great experience. No pressure at all.

My husband and I (B. McGuire) stopped by the Edmond Car Mart one Saturday morning, just to simply look around to see what they had, and im glad we stopped.. After 2.5 years of bad luck with other car lots, Car Mart has definitely changed that for us. So heres a bit of a back story

We worked with Cody and initially went with a 2016 Dodge Dart. i absolutely loved it on the test drive. So we got it the application, and approval was quick and easy. we were even approved for 0 down with the bank! We were in and out in about 2 hours and walked away with a car i loved. But unfortunately, 2 days later, we began having problems with the car. ((i was highly upset about this due to prior experiences. i thought we were screwed but thankfully, that was NOT the case!!)) so we called them and informed them of what was going on with the car in that time we spoke to the assistant manager and he was great about helping us! we took the dart up to them, and Collin Murphy (the manager of this lot) spoke with us about it, and we expressed our concerns of safety. I was not a happy person, but he was still very kind, professional, and understanding of our concerns. We have kiddos, so safety is a big deal. They got us an appointment with a mechanic the next day, took it down, and the mechanic did his best to fix the problem, but ultimately it didnt fix the problem it came out to be a computer issues in the car when Collin was informed of the problem and what it would require to fix it, he INSTANTLY gave us the option to be swapped into another car on the lot so we wouldnt be without a car... with nothing extra to pay, no hidden extra fees, and still able to keep us in our payment range we wanted and no hesitation. no hassle at all about making this right, which was great! We have had our Hyundai Sonata since and absolutely love it, no problems or worries.

If you have had Bud Luck at other places, i would recommend coming to Edmond Car Mart and working with Cody and Collin! They have been great to us, and I look forward to making a second purchase with them soon 😊

I don’t where to start on how amazing this dealership is from the customers service to the salesmanship plus the general al manger. I was deeply impressed!! I needed a car after being done in by another dealership here in the metro that sold me a lemon. (Starts with I and you drive the highway ) Getting back to Carmart please go to Edmond let April and LaToya take car of you and their team you will not be let down. Great place to get a car worked with me with down payment and worked with my payments when I was out of work for a week! Great place have had no problems out of my car great running vehicle.
