Dragon Garden Chinese Restaurant

Frequent Dragon Garden as it’s the closest Chinese spot to my house. Don’t think I’ve ever had a bad meal and pickup orders have been mostly correct. Don’t expect gourmet, but it will certainly satisfy a Chinese Food craving.

I ordered the vegetarian egg foo young as well as the vegetarian lo mein and it was delicious , I never have a problem with my order. The customer service is really good , each time I have asked for certain vegetables to not be added to my order they did accommodate . The spring rolls are good

I ordered chicken noodle soup and pork lo mein. Both were really good.

Dragon Garden has been around for 50 years in our tiny town, so that's a testament to their value. It's not fancy, it's probably never been remodeled. The menu is a bit limited, but they have all the dishes that most people choose for a quick takeout dinner. A few years ago, the food quality changed and we found another place. But this year, we gave them another chance and the food is very good again. The portions are huge, the veggies are perfectly tender crisp and (according to my family ) they have the best chicken wings in town. Their menu prices are very reasonable. Dishes that are over $10 elsewhere are $7 or $8 here. Glad to add Dragon Garden back to the rotation for busy days when you need to get dinner out. And the woman who is doing all the work is not rude, she's very polite, and efficient.

The food here is the absolute best! It’s always fresh and the order is always correct!! Great customer service. If you haven’t been you are definitely missing out!

I only order the Singapore rice noodles with no pork from there and they are 10/10 everytime never had an issue with that dish

This restaurant has a casual and comfy atmosphere and is family friendly. The interior of the restaurant is dated but very clean. The service has always been friendly, prompt, accurate, and the food is served hot & fresh! We have eaten here several times now and have tried different menu items and, to date, we have never been disappointed; their food is delicious and has great flavor! The only thing I will say is that their booths are quite short and a family of four may be a tiny bit cramped in them once all of the food arrives; however we ate there with five people and had to sit at a booth since the tables had been pushed together to seat a large party BUT they happily accommodated us by taking an unused chair and putting it at the end of the booth. This is also a great place to call in and pick up a quick carry out meal!

What an amazing experience! The lo mein was so fresh and service was impeccable. Andy, the man in charge, helped us with our troubles and was calm and pleasant. 10/10!

We absolutely love this place!! They have the most amazing egg rolls and fried rice we've ever eaten. We used to live in Reidsville and moved an hour away. We still cannot find another Chinese restaurant that's as good as this place. So we drive an hour to come eat here when we miss their egg rolls, which is quite often.

There are so good. They sell the best orange chicken ever. Low mien chicken and crab ragues. There better than any Local food restaurants. They’re egg rolls are flavorful and you crave more. Thanks y’all guys! People should understand when you don’t know English as good. It’s hard to talk to people. Learning a now language is hard and it may not be the best in customer service but ever one try there best. Best place of Chienese food to eat food.

I was travel to North Carolina visit my cousin last week. i been to the restaurant and enjoy the food , the food taste so good ( i order the wonton soup and chicken broccoli) , lunch time very busy . very good business. like when you goto the famous restaurant and only pay for take out restaurant price. i can say .... price so cheap and food so good. owner so nice and service so friendly . in this price range i believed nobody can do batter than dragon garden. i will be back next time. when i pass NC.

I’m writing a review about their egg drop soup, I just want to say: This is the best egg drop soup ever.

We go here very often and enjoy the food but tonight I got the Chicken lo mein and rice and well is almost nothing but rice and lo mein it is suppose to be equal parts rice and noodles then chicken and vegetables in a sauce there was hardly no vegetables at all a only a few pieces or chicken not $7 bucks worth i can tell you that,I thought maybe it was juat mine but no my hubby got Hunan chicken with rice and it was nothing but a few pieces of chicken and a ton of rice and broccoli which its suppose to be mixed vegetables and chicken with rice .
We was not happy this time at all it's like they are low on meat and try to bulk up the noodle and rice to replace it and sell it.
We will Not be back till the open for dine in again.

Great food and great service! They pack the trays full and I had to wait at most 20 minutes for an order of three. Being a smaller restaurant, they actually remembered my order and I love it!!!

I’ve had Chinese 6 county’s wide, nothing compares to this. It is takeout only since Covid hit so if your looking for a sloppy buffet this isn’t it.

My family and I go about every other week, food is delicious, and even though the server can be rude the food makes up for it. We order the beef lomein and crab ragoons, while my parents order a special noodle soup with veggies, shrimp, and white rice.

The food and staff here are great. I would definitely go again anytime that I am in the area.
