Gym Kennedy

There are two parts to Gym Kennedy: the Gym and Jim, the trainer/owner. First, the gym. A great facility and always clean. There is equipment for every style here: machines, weight racks, a wide range of dumbbells, atlas stones, etc. Having 24/7 access is a great feature for times when you’re on an irregular schedule.

Jim is an amazing trainer! He is always upbeat and is extremely knowledgeable. He has helped me overcome knee and back issues. I have met many others in the gym who he has also helped rehabilitate.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Gym Kennedy, and my experience exceeded all expectations. The equipment available is a perfect mixture of advanced and trustworthy - a sign of the commitment this gym has towards providing such a fantastic environment. From cardio machines to free weights, Gym Kennedy offers a wide range of equipmentthat caters to all fitness levels.

What truly sets Gym Kennedy apart, however, is the incredible atmosphere fostered by the dedicated community. Thanks to Jim Kennedy!Even at 4am, the gym was buzzing with energy, and the camaraderie among members was palpable. It's a testament to the vibrant and motivating environment cultivated by both the staff and patrons.

I've been at Gym Kennedy for just over a year now, and it's the best gym experience I've had thus far! The environment is welcoming, community is supportive, and the amenities varied and plentiful for whatever your fitness goals are. 24hr access is great, and there's generally no wait to use a piece of equipment. The entire facility is clean and orderly so you know exactly what to expect day to day.

I’ve worked out at Gym Kennedy for the past 7 years and have nothing but positive things to say about it. Jim has been making major upgrades to the gym throughout my entire time there. That and the convenience of having a gym that’s never too crowded and open 24/7 makes this the perfect gym whither you’re new to the gym or looking for a new location.

I have recently gotten the pleasure to train at Gym Kennedy and all I can say how amazed I am. Firstly, the gym is 24 hours which is very handy for going to the gym, as that was one of my struggles with training. Lastly, Kennedy was very nice and helpful in answering some of my questions in regard's to exercises to preform. I would definitely recommend trying this gym out.

Gyms always closing at inconvenient times will always be the reason I don’t get the work done I want to, but gym kennedy doesn’t close so it’s ideal for anyone with a busy schedule. The gym itself is always very clean and well maintained so the environment feels like home. The people are always nice and there’s never a day where you go in and it’s hard to use any of the equipment. I would recommend for anyone, light gym goers and power lifters alike, super stress free and easy to be around. The gym and it’s people feel like family and I’m always eager to go back.

Awesome facility with all you need. Easy access 24 hours a day and a clean and friendly environment. Our family has been using GK for the last few years because we grew tired of the over-populated gyms with limited hours. If you want to get your work done in a place that has all you need….GK is the place!

Working out at Gym Kennedy has been a great experience. The gym is super clean, very spacious, great music, a wide variety of equipment and types of workout options to fit your preference. The members have been so pleasant and appear happy to be a part of the gym. I came in with clear goals and happy to say I’m pleased with personal gains in strength thanks to Jim Kennedy. One of a kind gym for all ages and exercise types! We were in town for the weekend and we’re looking for a place to train. Jim welcomed us to his gym and so glad we were able to train there! All the equipment you could want, clean, and best of all a genuine person!

I recently had the opportunity to visit Gym Kennedy in Oklahoma during my weekend trip, and I must say it was an excellent experience. The fact that they offer 24-hour access was incredibly convenient for someone like me who enjoys flexibility in their workout schedule.

The facilities at Gym Kennedy were top-notch. The gym was clean, well-maintained, and had a wide variety of modern exercise equipment to choose from. Whether I wanted to do some cardio, strength training, or try out different machines, they had everything I needed to have a productive workout session.

The owner, James, was so friendly and welcoming - even if I wasn’t from here! He was always available to answer any questions I had and provide assistance when needed. His kindness and trust added to the overall positive atmosphere of the gym.

Can’t recommend this place enough. I live out-of-town but have found myself in Edmond for some long stretches this year that were long enough that I wanted a place to workout but not long enough for a contract.
Jim was willing to work with me and has been nothing but a joy to work with. I appreciate his focus on the client above all and will gladly be calling upon him in the future when I’m in town. Great service and great equipment.

Really impressed with Gym Kennedy. The gym is clean and really well equipped for an independent facility. It had everything I needed.. squat racks, dumbbells, machines, etc. The owner, Jim, is very kind and flexible too. If you’re only in town for a month at a time like I am, there’s options to pay for just that month without having to sign a month to month contract.

Hands down the best gym in the area. Jim (the owner) is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful in all realms of fitness.
