They took the time to listen and find out what we needed and then discuss all the options, answering every question. Yesterday my lift wouldn’t work to lift my scooter. I called and William said to bring it in. Long story short, he found where I’d had a flat tire and the people who put on the new one had cut into the lift wire and caused it to short. While he was working on that, Todd and I were talking in his office. I wanted a new SUV to have Todd install a new lift in. He’s been telling me for months I need a mini van. He finally convinced me and now I’m looking for a mini van! I can’t say enough about how they handle their customers! Honest, reliable, helpful and personable! Great company!

Thank you Mobilty One! William and Todd helped me out when we replaced our permobil wheelchair not realizing we would need to move bracket and post from one wheel chair to the other or option to purchase new kit. They thoroughly informed me of the options and upfront cost which was very honest and appreciated. They delivered quality service and support. While I was waiting for service, I heard how they treated every customer over the phone with the same respect and honesty as myself just like they were family. Your kindness did not go unnoticed.

If I could give them a 10 star rating I would!! We have been doing business with them for about 5 years and they are simply the very best at what they do. They have installed 2 lifts and 2 sets of hand controls on our vehicles and they did an incredible job. Anytime we need anything to be adjusted or repaired, they are so quick to get us taken care of!! The owner William Ward treats you like family and genuinely cares about his customers needs. I met William, Todd & Paul over 2 years ago when I was looking for a van to purchase to be adapted for my powered wheelchair. William was instrumental in helping me consider different ones for sale on the internet, then getting it transported for adaptation and finally bringing it to Tulsa. Although the van was bought sight-unseen, it has been the best & newest vehicle purchase I’ve ever made – and the work done on it by Mobility One was/is topnotch quality!

Something important to know is that William, in particular, is excellent in dealing with the Veterans Administration (VA) & warranty issues and bureaucracies. Whenever something has come up, he has been able to move the necessary paperwork while accomplishing as much work as can be permitted before final approval. For almost any problem needing a lookover or quick fix, he has always told me to “bring it in, we’ll work you in…” What more could you ask for?

Very friendly service! Genuinely want to help where they can! After having poor service at a different business we called here and they squeezed us in and got us taken care of! If you need your van serviced come here!

The lift on my van broke. They got to it quickly to service it. They had 2 men working for an hour. It now works smoothly. They charged mee $100. They now have a repeat customer.

I can't say enough good things about this place. They have helped me out so much. Anytime I call they work with me to get my car fixed or check out and do everything they can to help with the problem. Dependable, honest, knowledgeable, kind. I will always recommend them first with any mobility needs.

Highly recommend Mobility One if you are a fleet service looking for vehicles. We worked with William and he gave us lots of options and direct answers to all our questions. Vehicles were delivered in a timely manner and he made sure we got all that was included with the vehicle and got us anything we were missing. They made the process easy for us and kept in touch with us for any problems. Great customer service!

We were very pleased with the rental van from Mobility One Transportation. Todd was helpful and friendly leading up to the weekend, when he picked us up at the airport, and when we returned the van to him. The van was in excellent condition, easy to use, and clean. We loved driving it for the entirety of our trip. We are frustrated that we can't find accessible rental vehicles in the same price range as non-accessible vehicles. We see rates as low as $55.00 a day for vans at the airport. We had to pay over $600 for 4 days. We look forward to a day when we can travel at the same cost as our non-disabled peers. However, the customer service and vehicle quality of this company was top notch.

The anchor on Dave’s power wheel chair broke. This is the anchor that locks him into the van. Without it we would miss all his Dr appts.
I called Mobility One on a Sat. They told me to come right over but I got there at noon (lunchtime) so I expected to wait awhile. A tech looked at issue right away and within 15 mins, the chair was fixed and I was on my way.

Mobility One is a great service repair for Braumability HC Equipmemt and others. They also sell and rent HC vans. This is my second visit with them. Both times 6 stars. They really care!

I have a complex wheelchair accessible truck. Whenever I have had an issue with it William has moved heaven and earth to tweak and/or repair it in a timely fashion. Mobility One is an exceptional business made up of dedicated, caring people.

I've rented a van numerous times from Todd and the other staff members for a client who recently became a paraplegic! My client recently had to go to the hospital and we were not sure when he would get out! Todd held a van for me for a week until my client was released! That's certainly going the extra mile! My client wants to buy a van and we he does, he will definitely buy it from Mobility One! They are fair and professional in every way! It's been a pleasure working with them and look forward to seeing them each time I go there! Highly recommend this place!

Mobility One was a life savior and it was very easy and continent to rent a van and help my Mom get around Tulsa for the day. Thank you Todd for your help and thorough explanation on the wheelchair setup in the van!

Incredible people, on an incredible mission.

A company I wouldn't have known about at my age if I hadn't won in a raffle drawing my family entered at the fair. Not only did they hold true to their word in providing my family with the earnings, but I got to learn a little bit about them and their mission here in Tulsa.

This is the type of company I will refer my friends and family too, if not even look into a career with such honorable people.

Todd was very helpful and went out of his way to answer all of my questions. He was honest enough to say there were dealers closer to me. Definitely a great business who cares about people, and they're the kind of company I like to do business with.
