It is important to recognize that transitions take time, and the new management is adapting to tasks and processes in such a positive manner! Under their guidance, the store is making strides. Organization, cleanliness, and management have steadily improved, surpassing prior standards (especially cleanliness). Notably, the food's quality has reached a peak, and temperatures of the food is perfect. The new team is diligent and truly committed to the business's success, and I have never met a couple so genuine and good-hearted as the owners. They have worked to keep the unconventional hours of starting early in the morning to keep previous customers. They've even added fresh baked cookies to their menu which are SO delicious! Let's cut them some slack and extend them the understanding and patience they deserve as they work diligently to elevate the store's offerings :)

Great for a quick hot lunch, I highly recommend the spicy chicken! Walk in ask for the 2pc or 4pc spicy... it is "spicy" but I think they have regular as well.

Foods good that's all that matters to me.

I used to love this place and stopped in every time I was in the area for the giod food and to support a small local business. The guys loved (ateast enjoyed it) what they did and cared about the store.
I don't know when, but it appears to have been bought out. The people seemed like nice people, but the breakfast sandwich was no longer good and had a soy taste to it, and the chicken strips were super dry.. I also asked for tater wedges but didn't get them. Luckily, they didn't charge for the wedges. Unfortunately this is another store I won't go to again.

Well Kenny sold out and it's just not that great. Food is always cold and they tell you it's fresh when it's not... the pop machine is still good for now

Went here for years for the hotbox food,since they changed owners it sadly isn’t even decent anymore..food is either burnt or undercooked.and it’s hot and miss on the variety..it’s bad because I feel that hot box is the only thing that kept them open all those years and now I refuse to shop there due to the poor quality of food

Used to be my favorite place for hot chicken and potatoes lunch, now it's cold. One of my coworkers commented on it today as well. It's almost like they cook well ahead of the service times and leave it. I'll pass going forward, food costs too much to be cold and small.

The Chicken meal was NOT good. Dry and very tough. Way over priced!
