Justus was excellent today in helping me find all I needed in multiple shoe styles for specific uses, inserts, socks, and they even had stock on my shoe size which seems hard to accomplish at other places. Great experience!

I was sent to Big River by my doctor to help reduce foot pain and I’m so pleased he did! I was greeted upon entering by Manager Jacob and given 5 star service. Jacob asked to see my doctor’s notes and promptly showed me the shoes best suited, explaining the how and why of each. There was no sales push, just old fashioned knowledge and service. I live 2+ hours from Big River and WILL make the drive for me next pair of shoes!

I bought a new pair of Hoka shoes here. Brett recommended I step up to a size 14 from size 13..I didn't listen, wore them several times and decided he was right. Anyway, I didn't think they would allow me to exchange them 3-4 weeks later...However, I called and spoke to Liz, she said; "absolutely no problem", she ordered the size 14 and exchanged them without question.. Both Brett and Liz were awesome to deal with and provided EXCELLENT customer service! Thanks guys!
BTW. Hoka's are awesome!! 😉

My spouse and I went in to buy shoes and were helped by Kylee at the Utica Square location. She listed to what our needs were on style and use, took our sizes, and brought out over 10 different shoes to try. She was so helpful and knowledgeable while listening to our feedback. I was pretty set on wanting to try those Hoka shoes but after trying the others she brought out I settled on Brooks which I have loved. Definitely recommend the store and Kylee.

I won’t buy New Balance shoes from any other store. I am always treated with care and never feel rushed in making my decisions. New Balance is a great shoe. The Tulsa location is an excellent store because of the staff and the quality of customer service they provide.

Liz was an amazing sales associate! She listened to me, found great shoes for me to try on and was courteous and efficient. They even gave us cookies when we checked out!! The first pair id bought did not work and they were wonderful with the exchange given the timeline. I'd highly recommend this store and Liz for her service.

I had a very positive experience at our local New Balance Shoe Store. My boyfriend was looking to buy a new pair of New Balance sneakers. Jacob, the employee that assisted us was very attentive and knew exactly what my boyfriend was looking for. I will be back to that store to buy myself some new, New Balance sneakers. I would highly recommend The New Balance store in Tulsa at Utica Mall because you get the employee's complete attention. It's also rare to find a shoe store that takes the time to measure your foot too! Great place to shop!!

Logan Jeffus was outstanding! Answered all my questions, dispelled some New Balance urban myths and fit me for some much needed insoles to help with my Plantar Fasciitis. Unfortunately, the shoes he recommended are not commercially available in white - I'm not a gray shoe person.

Visit Jacob Chastain at New Balance Store in Utica Square (next to the post office). The highly rated New Balance 928v3 Walking shoe was why I walked into the store. A quick, free computerized analysis of my feet confirmed my pronation (inward rolling of my feet). Premium inserts in my new walking shoes corrected this problem.immediately. Now I can increase my walking exercise to meet my health goals without foot pain or fatigue..The whole process took 20 minutes, so I was able to get my granddaughter to lacrosse training on time. As a "senior citizen", I encourage you to take care of your feet and your health by walking everyday!.

We took my mother-in-law in, and Brett went over and beyond to fit her with the right pair of New Balance shoes to accommodate her feet issues. He was very patient and kind. What great service!

This store now has many brands of running shoes. They have Brooks shirts and Balega socks and Features socks.
They had, in stock, the shoes my husband and I wanted in our sizes.
This is unusual for Tulsa running stores. Happy to have this store!

*They need to add a loyalty program like other popular running stores in town. Where you get discounts or cash back after spending a set dollar amount.

I had a great time at the Tulsa New Balance store. Kurtis was particularly helpful and I got exactly the shoes I wanted. When I mentioned that I liked wearing sandals, he got on line and showed me exactly the New Balance sandals I wanted and ordered them for me. I couldn't be happier with my experience.

The manager took good care of me and made me feel valued. When I wanted to return the item for being defective (the zipper broke on the first use), the employee was rude. I don’t know if I will return.

Edit: having a responsive owner goes a long ways to keep me as a customer. I will be purchasing more from this store in the future.

The experience at the New Balance store in Utica Square was very pleasant and easy. I don’t like to shop online much, especially when it comes to buying shoes. Trying them on is important to me. Parking is right outside their door, which is a huge plus. The last time I bought walking shoes, I got them at this same NB store and had a good experience, so why not go back? Brett Taylor did a great job of helping me get fitted and find what I was looking for in a relatively short amount of time. He was not pushy, but very helpful and friendly. Getting a good pair of shoes is important since our feet carry our weight around all day. For me, NB is the way to go when it comes to supportive shoes for physical activity.

I visited the New Balance store at Utica Square in Tulsa. Jacob Chastain helped me. He was knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I purchased a pair of New Balance 840's. Love them, they're perfect for my running style and large, flat feet. I highly recommend you visit Jacob and the New Balance store in Tulsa for your next running shoe purchase.

My experience at the Oakbrook Terrace store was just exemplary. The sales associate did a great job of finding the right shoes for my foot type and life style. I really appreciate the customer service New Balance provides - as well as how great my feet feel in their shoes.

The manager (I believe her name is Elizabeth) was excellent. I have been looking for shoes for 6 months (difficult requirements and hard to fit). She had me fitted, happy, and shoes ordered in about 15 minutes.

Outstanding service. Store was fairly busy but Logan didn't let that detour him from providing the best customer service possible. I was really surprised by the knowledge he had. By far the best show shopping experience I have ever had.
