I love the Beauty Counter Service!! When I'm in Tulsa and I'm running low or in need of an item the ladies here make it easy to grab what I need and get on with my day!! I can also text and let the ladies know I'm coming so they have what I need ready for when I arrive!!

Everything you need coupled with great service! Your best bet for all things designer/ Luxury goods. If they don't have it in stock not to worry, there's a friendly employee who will locate and ship it to you free of charge.

A++ experience and Robert in fragrance was so amazingly helpful and friendly. I wanted to smell a LOT to find whatever caught my attention and he was patient with me and so gracious. Gave me space and also checked in with me. It was incredible and I’ll be coming back whenever I can, thank you again Robert!! Love my Bitter Peach!

Wonderful store! Great products and very helpful staff. Grace is amazing, she is my go to for everything i need. Today she spent several hours with me helping me find dresses and shoes. Grace has gone out of her way to help me each time. I will continue to go just for the experience with her. I am very much looking forward to meeting with the designers when they arrive!

All the staff was wonderful. Since I had covid in 2021 my sense of smell hasn't recovered fully so it's been hard to find perfumes. The ladies took time to help me at the makeup counter to find something I'd like. I ended up purchasing a long lasting lip stain by Chanel. 😆

The lovely lady by the name of Grace in the clothing department was also very helpful and so sweet. She informed me that the item that I've purchased from Saks can be altered there in their store. They have a seamstress on site! I had no idea! No one ever told me that until Grace told me. I can't wait to have my items tailored to my size and height.

I'll always shop at Saks! The Las Vegas location should come here to Tulsa and learn a thing or two about guest services because the Las Vegas Saks was awful!

The level of customer service is absolutely outstanding. My wife stopped in to grab me a bottle of Tom Ford. She was greeted by a very pleasant staff and received excellent service. Following that, she received a card from Barry with a very personalized message and thanking her for her purchase. We will definitely be back to purchase more in the future!

If you’re looking for fragrance, see Shelby. This is the finest fragrance and cosmetics store in Tulsa County. Saks’ prices are the same as Sephora and Ulta, but the product is kept behind the counter and you receive outstanding service. Clothing sales are extraordinary with up to 75% off.

So glad Saks is in Tulsa. I live about an hour and a half away, but when I'm in town, I always visit. One of my favorite department stores. I wish they had a home section and a larger men's department, but I'll take what I can get! The service is amazing and I always feel welcome.

The atmosphere offers a more attentive staff to your needs as it's not congested like a high flow shopping mall. Very personal and very professional. See Candace at the jewelry counter she is A+ in customer satisfaction.

I read all these bad reviews and decided to check them out. My experience was lovely. Then I had to go back the next day bc I lost my purchase and they were still very helpful and sweet.

Best shopping experience in Tulsa. Just like Renberg's but a larger store. Even though it is a level one Saks you can order any product. Absolutely the best customer service!!

Maybe some people in Tulsa can't handle Saks, but since I grew up around the "flagship" store, the Tulsa store is small, nice and if you find something online, they are more than happy to order it for you. Customer service is excellent. It is not the New York store by any means, but for Tulsa, it is an excellent alternative to Miss Jackson's and other high-end specialty shops!

Saks by FAR have the nicest shopping in Oklahoma. Also, it is one of the only places around who genuinely takes care of their customers. Amanda Viles, is one of the greatest managers around. A++++ rating from me!! Thanks Saks!

Barry in cosmetics is so incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. Anytime I am in the Tulsa area in need of makeup/skincare products, I will definitely go see Barry at Saks.
