Riverwatch Cinemas

We decided to go to a movie Friday evening after work. We arrived at the theater an hour before showtime to purchase our tickets and get refreshments. The attendant at the ticket kiosks was kind and helpful, as our tickets got jammed in the printer and he had to help get them out. The theater was clean and our reclining seats were very comfortable. We enjoyed the movie and our experience at this theater. We will definitely return!

It’s been awhile since I’ve seen a movie at the Riverwatch Cinemas. I forgot how big and nice it is and how comfy the reclining seats are. Popcorn was fresh and the staff was very friendly. It’s nice to be able to use a clean bathroom, too. I will definitely be returning back to watch more movies.

I can not explain enough how much they cared about us, Parking was a bit hard to find, we entered in & it was crowded, we were going to see Kung Fu Panda 4. The front desk lady was very lovely, when we got there, all the seats were taken & we had to book it for another time, but the lady helped us with what we needed to see it another time.
About 2 hours later
We came back & sat down, we had a member of our party whose visually impaired, so we needed audio description. The manager gave us the audio device and WAITED FOR IT TO WORK, AND MADE SURE IT DID. It was some of the greatest hospitality I've EVER HAD at a theater.

The chairs had some wear and tear, but they were extremely comfortable and had a recliner & a way to put your feet up. I was in theater 8.

I would Highly recommend this theater. And whoever that manager was...God bless you,and all the people working here. you made our time here very special.

Very nice theater. I got here early in the day to see Blue Beetle so there wasn’t much foot traffic at the time. I will say that the bathrooms were clean with touchless sinks that actually work. A clean movie theater (seats could use a little touch up), and friendly staff. If I lived in Augusta, I would make this my go to theater.

The Best Theater in CSRA! Nice place to bring family. Not the cheapest in town but you pay for what you get! This place is always clean! Bathrooms Clean, smells clean! Fantastic seating very comfortable. Great crowd of people and good security to feel safe for your kids to hang out here. Love this place !

Huge location. Always clean. Never had issues expect for the buying tickets at a kiosk but other than that it's been fine

Went to see Wonka last weekend. Parking was a breeze, the theater was clean, our seats were great, online ticket order was very easy and we loved the show! The best part was pumping as much butter on the popcorn as I wanted!

This is our favorite place to watch movies! Comfy chairs that recline, great snacks options. Easily accessible and we never have issues getting tickets to the showings we want. There is plenty of parking and the parking lot is well lit. Georgia Theater Company site, so applicable for their rewards program.

I loved this theater. Very clean and open! Also, very professional as you order food. The seating is comfortable and well reclined. I appreciate the cleanliness of this theater and how comfortable the seating is. I would recommend to anyone. Thanks you all!

If I could give them 10 stars I would! Showed up on Thanksgiving Day expecting a crazy crowd. Fortunately it had died down by 9PM so the staff was ready to please. Were greeted by smiles from concessions and ticket counter workers despite them working on a holiday. The icing on the cake was when my wife asked them to restart the movie since our group were the only ones present in our theater and we were about 15 minutes late. I told her not to expect much, as I've never known them to restart a movie. The manager said he didn't see why not and immediately restarted the movie for our children!! What a great holiday wish come true for them!

First to get the nice moving chairs, still the best ones in town. I hate the theater because people, but if I absolutely need to see a movie when it comes out, I only go to this theater.

The color purple 🤔 was okay. I'm not a fan of musicals like that. This being my favorite movie, y'all could have left it alone 😤 Great job on the actors and actress 🥰🥰🥰 the theater is amazing 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩

First time for my 6 yr old and she loved it!

I occasionally go here to watch movies. Staff is pleasant and cordial. Bathrooms are clean and stocked. They have discounts you can ask about.

This is one of the better theaters in the area. The seats are incredibly comfortable and recline. The bathrooms are always kept clean as well as the theater itself. The sound inside the theater rooms is the best in town. The lobby area is very large and roomy and you never feel on top of people, and it’s nice to have the ability to get a beer to watch your movie with. Overall, it’s a great experience!

I love going here during the day, it's always empty. Most of the time I'll get the entire theater to myself, which is wonderful. The staff are always pleasant and the popcorn is fresh.

Saw the Five Nights at Freddy's movie here! It was so good! Look at this kids costume. Talk about realistic!

The best movie theater in Augusta. My husband and I came to see the movie Strays. I love the reclining seats and cleanliness of this location. The movie was so funny I fell out of my chair and didn't have a single piece of dust on my pants. We always have a great time here. The police shows up when there is a large crowd to keep people safe. Great staff!
