All my grandchildren have had such an amazing experience with Dr. Ashcraft and her staff. They are all very compassionate and knowledgeable. They always go the extra mile to make sure that my family are taken care of.

My daughters have been going to Dr Ashcraft, one of them for 18 years, the other one for 19 years! I have nothing except for positive experiences with her and her staff! Dr Ashcraft, and her staff, are professional, and because of the influences that she has had on my younger daughter who has Down syndrome, I can honestly say that I appreciate her wisdom in her dental expertise! Dr Ashcraft, and your staff, I want you to know how much I love you guys, and how much I appreciate the help and all of the advice that you have given me thus far! I say my prayers that your practice will continue to grow, as I'm not sure what I would have done without your help! I'm not sure where my daughters would be in there Dental Care if I did not have you along the way! I mean every word of what I say concerning you from the bottom of my heart! Thank you again!

I wish I could give Dr Ashcraft 10 stars. Dr Ashcraft and her staff are so gentle and kind to all their patients. I watched them. Because they are caring for these little ones, it takes extra time. When your child is being treated, you will want your child to have the same extra care.
Also, they have patients (children) with specials needs that no other dentist will help. Patients with autism, mental disorders, and physically challenged. They will take longer. There are times they can be up to 1-1/2 hours or 2 hours running behind. She will not rush on any other child.
If you want to be seen at your appointment time, you need to consider that the wait is worth it.
As most doctors offices, they are short staff at the present time.
My child is 6 yo. He has seen other dentist. They were a waste of time to go there. The dentist was in such a rush to see the next patient, that he didn't explain very good what my son needed and why!!!!
Read Dr. Ashcraft credentials. Amazing! She is well experienced to handle any child with great needs!

Had my child's first visit today... I am very pleased! They listen, they respect your requests, & they had quick availability for my kids needing care! Not being able to go back with your kid can be good or bad for some, & it was fine for me. Staff were all friendly & I really liked Dr. Ashcraft ♡ I have had hard time finding a good dentist for my kids that respect parents voice & also don't try to do all work at one time for doctor's convenience... she suggested the treatments I was looking for & I would recommend!

Our first appointment was amazing! We haven’t had the best experiences with dentist but Dr. Ashcraft and her staff were very informative with every step! They were so kind, made sure every concern or question was answered and made sure my daughter was comfortable! By far the best experience and we are so lucky to have found someone who truly cares for their patients!

My Son has Autism and I've been taking him to Dr. Ashcraft Dentistry for years now and they always take care of him. Even when he's having a bad day and just don't want to come to the dentist, they're able to handle him.

Dr. Ashcraft is an amazing Pediatric dentist. I have been a patient of Dr. Ashcraft since I was 2 years old. She is absolutely great with the children. She makes them feel comfortable to go to the dentist. If anyone is like me, I did not like going to the dentist when I was younger. Her staff is well trained and efficient. Their communication on changes in treatment and also treatment concerns are professionally communicated with parents. Overall, the staff works well together and exemplifies a positive dental office environment. I highly recommend Dr. Ashcraft’s pediatric dental practice.

My daughter was a patient of Dr. Ashcraft and now my grandkids are, I respect and appreciate all their hard work, they are always professional and courteous. She as well as her staff are great with children and always make sure that they are comfortable. It takes a special kind of person to deal with children and they all do a great job!

The staff is knowledgeable and was able to treat my son immediately. Appointments are easy to make and I love the fact that they open at 7:30 am. My son's recently had surgery and everyone made sure we was well prepared. One of the minor inconveniences is the drive there (my problem) and the wait time but it is completely understandable because it's what's best for the child not the parent.

My son had a sudden toothache, followed by swelling. We searched for hours trying to find a dentist that was open and would see him. We finally found Dr. Ashcraft. They created him an appointment. My son was worried because he hasn’t had the best experiences before with dentist. I will say that my sons visit with this office was absolutely amazing. They were so caring towards him and took immediate action. Afterwards my son told me that he really liked that dentist. As a mom that means so much to me. We no longer have to worry about searching, we have found our new dentist. Thank you so much for the care and concern you had with my son.

My son is a special needs child and Dr. Deborah Ashcraft and her staff are so amazing! My child and I had such a great experience with the Doctor and her staff! We are so blessed to have such a wonderful Doctor and staff that will take such great care of our special needs child.❤

Based on my experience, I find this practice to be competent, diligent, and professional. The staff is great, and Dr. Ashcraft is direct and to the point which helps to simplify the care rendered. I feel like my kids are in good hands here because the practice takes what they do seriously. For my son to walk out smiling with a thumbs up after I knew he cried speaks volumes. I was really surprised to see how many times the staff had to run around the building and property looking for parents/guardians though. You can tell they run a tight ship, so when a child's caregiver wanders off when they need them, what a waste of time.

My grandson in foster care spent the night and brought what I THOUGHT were teeth,upon further inspection they were pieces of them that broke off! It We took over his care It took 5 visits to fix 10 teeth, including a cleaning,f pull 4 baby teeth, do 5 fillings(not silver), and one root canal and cap(?). She and her staff were SO GREAT! They explained each and every procedure not just to me but him as well. I was pleased with the quality of work, the friendliness of the staff and the positive experience it's created for my 9 year old grandson.

Is sad to read comments so rude from mothers who probably can't even control their own children and expect to someone else to do it. My son has been attending this office from his first time, he is turning 15 soon and we LOVE THE WHOLE STAFF !!!!, so my recommendation is if you are not happy with the service just go somewhere else but don't ruin the reputation of a hard worker people like them 😎. Oh and about the wait, pandemic brought a lot of changes everywhere and I don't mind waiting on my vehicle watching my Netflix series, cause my health comes first and my son needs too, so I take the time when he is having his appointment 😉

Having a special needs child it's always less worrisome when Christy plans the surgery and Dr Ashcraft performs here dental work at Children's Hospital. I encourage anyone with a special needs child to go through this office for their dental care.

They provided my child with love and care at his first appointment. The environment is so loving and catered to the children and I love that! Thank you all so much for your time and taking good care of my child!

I called every pediatric dentist in the CSRA and she was the only one to accept my 8 year old as a new patient. I desperately needed a pediatric dentist but no one wanted to accept the challenge of an 8 yr old autistic, new patient. We got speedy services and got so much done within a couple of months that my child was never able to get her entire life. I love this place. I would recommend to everyone.

I love Dr. Ashcraft!!! She is awesome! She did my teeth as a child and also my brothers. She is really good with kids, her staff is awesome and it usually doesn't take that long for a visit!
