Evans Family Dental Associates

I started with Evans Family Dental under Neil Holavak and moved to Todd Weaver when he retired many, many years, (20+), ago. My husband and three children have all been seen here and have always been treated like family, they even put up with my crocheting while I am in the dental chair. The entire office staff is kind and considerate, even as members have come and gone it has remained a professional dental practice. I have and would recommend Dr. Weaver to anyone who is looking for a dentist. Evans Family Dental has always taken good care of my teeth! If you need a great dentist, I highly recommend Dr. Todd Weaver and staff at Evans Family Dental!

Everyone is so helpful, kind and considerate, especially Dianna! She always helps me out when I have questions about my account. My family has been going to Evans Family Dental for over 20 years. The staff is very friendly and we love Todd. He is more like family to us than just our dentist. I would recommend all the scaredy cats like myself to him because he is very gentle and patient with you.

Evans Family Dental is wonderful! They are so patient and caring. I am a very inquisitive person and they never seem to be irritated with my 1,000 questions. haha.

My daughter had a tooth that has broke off in her mouth I called 27 doctors before I could get her an emergency appointment that day due to miscommunication in directions I was led to their office I missed the appointment that I had set but I took a chance and went in any way they saw my daughter immediately she was able to get the tooth pulled and I like that they did not put me off or tell me they could not help.

I hate doing this but it’s the principle of it. I have never had a problem with this office until now. This review has nothing to do with being upset or angry. I was told by the assistant who was to assist Dr Simonds and also by Dr Simonds himself, that I would not be charged an office visit for the day when I made the decision to not have any work done because they could not tell me what I would owe out of pocket after insurance. When I’m told I will not be charged and then you charge me…not cool. Bekah, thank you for everything you’ve done for me. You’ve been the best dental hygienist I’ve ever had. You are the only reason why I’m giving two stars.

I WOULD NOT recommend this dental practice due to a staff member. Dianna who is the bookkeeper has no professionalism. This practice has owed me $600 since the 1st week in July. This is going into the 3rd month. I have called numerous times to get this resolved.Unfortunately, I had to again today 9/28/16. Again, the check still has not been sent. This very bad business! I did become angry and was to rude to another employee at the practice when I called for about the 3rd time. . I called back and apologized with in 2 mintues. Dianna was extremely rude today and brought the fact that I was upset rather than than apologize for not getting the check out ; she again had no professionalism . The practice would be extremely upset in the sistuation were revresed. Dr. Weaver is a good dentist but there are more than 40 good dentist in the CSRA.
