North Augusta Pediatrics

I just had my first child this month and brought him here as his pediatrician. Everyone I have interacted with has been so kind and helpful. They're extremely supportive of new parents and have no problems answering all of my questions without making me feel rushed or anything. They've been able to offer so much information and tips to help me care for my newborn as a first time mom

Dr. Allen & Staff has been there for over 21 years with my babies and has always been the #1 Dr in our lives as far as babies, children, & teens & I've had some troubles over the years so I would switch the Dr bc of areas moved to or no transportation... My kids ALWAYS will be back under his care after so long bc NO OTHER DR. comes close in comparison to his care...Dr Allen gets to know his KIDS on a personal level & give ALL of the children the BEST CARE he can give and he goes above and beyond for all of our precious children!!! We all 💕 Dr. Allen & all his staff!!

The most well-functioning office youve ever encountered. Staff are so helpful...above and beyond! Love Drs Bailey & Stansfield. Love the NPs there too. Just what you need when your child is sick.

All of my children have been seeing Dr. Allen since they were born. Dr. Kathy Saumweber is an outstanding PA. Not only do I love her but so do my children. The office staff has always been super friendly and helpful. If one of my children were sick. I’ve always been able to get a sick appointment that day. They’re super helpful in calling with a reminder of their upcoming appointments. The facility is always clean. They even have a great way of trying to keep others from getting sick. If your child is sick they have you call from your vehicle when you arrive to check in. Once a room is available they call you and you meet them at the door. Which helps to prevent contact with other patients. 5 stars!!

From the front staff all the way to the back staff and our pediatric provider....this place is awesome! The facility is very clean. The staff is always so sweet. I’ve had two “urgent” visits aside from our regular well checks and they have always made sure to work me in. Mrs. Gwen is the sweetest woman and I love when she sees us! Our provider, Lauren, is absolutely wonderful. Very thorough and truly cares about the children she sees. If you are looking for a great place to make sure your babies are taken care of...this is it!

I’ve been bringing my daughter to Dr. Allen since I moved here and he is always attentive to her. She was admitted to the hospital and he checked in on her regularly along with providing his cell number to reach him if I needed anything. He also knew exactly what was going on before the ER doctors did and made sure they tested her for it in order to provide the adequate care for the situation.

Dr. Newsome is great with our daughter. She even met with us on the weekend when she was having trouble feeding her first weeks. Thank you for going above and beyond for your patients.

We had our first visit here a couple days ago and it was fantastic! The facility was very clean, the staff were WONDERFUL. My oldest is very nervous at the doctor and the nurses and Miss Lauren were FANTASTIC with him! He left saying he can’t WAIT to go back, and next time he wants to draw them pictures. I also appreciate that they do newborn appointments first thing so they don’t have to be exposed to the germs. We didn’t feel rushed at all, and I also really appreciate that. Looking forward to the care my kids will receive while we’re in this area!

They are polite, super easy to deal with, don't make you feel rushed, short wait times, & don't make you feel stupid. I absolutely love this place! I drive from South Augusta all the was to SC to make sure my children get THE BEST care!

I love this facility everyone is pleasant and respectable,they handle everything from referrals to call backs. Its been a great experience 8yrs and my kids won't see another health care provider. Strongly recommended

Incredible pediatric staff! From the doctors and nurses, to the receptionists, and everyone in between. I’ve been taking my daughter here from the moment she was discharged from the hospital and she is now 15 months old. She was born premature and Dr. Allen did a wonderful job handling any concerns. Ashley is phenomenal as well!

Dr Allen and his staff have been taking excellent care of my children for years and we are very grateful.

We moved to N. Augusta 2 years ago... When it came time to find a pediatrician for my kids, I picked one at random that my insurance accepted. Needless to say we only took 1 trip to that office... I asked around for a better office and was repeatedly told NA peds. My kids love the doctors they've seen and unlike the previous office, I feel that the entire staff truly cares about my kids and they listen to my concerns -- not laugh at them.

I have been bringing all 3 of my children here since the birth of my oldest, almost 9 years ago. the staff is very friendly and they never make you feel rushed. all the doctors are wonderful and know my children and have taken the time to get to know them. I wouldn recommend this place to any new parent or someone searching for a new doctor for their babies.

They are fantastic! I took my daughter to the after hours care center and the Dr that was there also works in North Augusta.. she went out of her way to call me and check on my baby at like 9:30p.. you can tell these Drs really care!

My 2 little girls go to dr.Ashley and she is wonderful very playful with the kids makes the feel welcome . Most definitely recommend

I left a different pediatric office due to rude Drs with my son, i was recommended north augusta pediatric and very happy i switched ! It's really important to me that whoever deals with my son is kind to him, and actually listens to our problems. We only switched 2 months ago but im already very happy and looking forward to continuing to take my son here while we are in the Augusta area.
