Second time I have had a facial with Jamie. She listens to my needs and knows what she is doing. Very nice place and a relaxing atmosphere. I recommend it for a facial though they offer other services.

I love my facials from Alley. She is amazing and gives me helpful tips for my skin. I walked out last night with permanent jewelry from Alley. I got twi beautiful bracelets. You can get it all at Bespoken. .

Wonderful service. I've been searching for a home spa for years, quite honestly. I'm now two facials and three services in at Bespoke. Scheduling has always been easy and everyone has been welcoming and accommodating. My facials have been fantastic. I'm really looking forward to trying more of their services in the future.

This is a great spa surprising to find in a small town. The ladies that work there are very nice and go out of their way to make you feel welcome . My facial was great too.

What a pleasant surprise in Seneca! I usually drive to Greenville for services like the ones offered at BeSpoke but wanted to find something closer to home. Lovely environment , peaceful and relaxing! I did a derma facial with light therapy add on. Ally was great and explained everything about procedures and products thoroughly! My facial skin seems great ( it’s only been a day) and the added hand and arm massage and pampering were unexpected and appreciated! Give them a try! I’ve already got another appointment booked.

Erikka is PHENOMENAL. I’ve been going to Erikka for years and the progress we’ve made with my hyper pigmentation has been incredible. Erikka is so professional and highly knowledgeable on all the products and processes plus she’s genuinely cares about her clients and always goes above and beyond. I can’t say enough good things about Erikka and highly recommend her for any of your aesthetician needs.

I had a great custom facial with Ali and I could see and feel a difference in my skin. She was great explaining details and what she was doing. I had several questions and she gave answers I understood. I relaxed during my facial and booked another appointment. You will love the atmosphere and accommodations.

I’ve hesitated many times to write a review I’m that it was already difficult to get an appointment. Lol, this place is THAT good that I want it to be a secret. From the moment I walk in, I am always greeted by friendly staff who made me feel right at home. The spa is beautifully decorated and the atmosphere is incredibly relaxing.

I had appointments with Jaime, Ally, Angie, who are all incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. They take the time to listen to my concerns and recommend the best treatment options for me. I usually get a facial. The facials are always incredibly relaxing and my skin felt amazing afterwards. Jaime uses just the right amount of pressure and I felt completely relaxed and rejuvenated afterwards. I’ve had friends ask me what I’ve been doing with my skin because it’s made a HUGE difference.

I would highly recommend Bespoke to anyone looking for a relaxing, safe, clean spa experience. The staff is top-notch, the facilities are amazing, and the treatments are top-of-the-line. I can't wait to go back!

Today I had micro needling with PRP “Special Sauce”. Yes it’s a tad pricey but this is cutting edge stuff done by an amazing owner/ practitioner. You become educated as well and the results can be amazing. I had a series of three 4-6 weeks apart. Botox is not my thing so this is the best bang for my buck.Thank you Angie!

I have had several appointments at Bespoke Medspa, and each time has been an awesome experience!! It had been several years since I had had a facial, hadn’t had one since we moved to the area several years ago. Never had I ever had such an amazing experience!! Ally is so caring and very knowledgeable. She explains everything she is doing and why. I just lie back and let her work her magic!! Angie is also very knowledgeable and caring. Erica decided my needs this session. She chose to do an Elderberry Enzyme facial and hydrate with a jelly mask. It all begins with soothing music and a room packed with a spa aura. Light steam opens the pores, making them ready to drink the wonderful nutrients. It is a therapeutic experience, not just a facial. I would give up food for these facials. Afterwards, I am renewed, and my skin is glowing. Thank you, Erica!

This was my first experience getting a facial. And what a wonderful experience it was! Ally was amazing and walked me through what was going to happen/was happening and let me know what to expect at each step of the process. It had me asking myself why I had waited so long. Not only was Ally professional but she was very knowledgeable and did not hesitate to share her expertise with me. You could tell she truly cared about me and my skin routine. Letting me know ways I can maintain the best skin possible with at home products and gave me samples of their medical grade ones in case I would like to purchase them, but did it in such a way I didn’t feel pressured that I had to purchase their products. Now that I have tried her products I see why she wasn’t pushy, the products speak for themselves! I can see how I could easily maintain this wonderful feeling skin until it’s time for me to go see her again. Thank you Ally!!!!
