I went to Peak Rehabilitation in Evans for physical therapy after having a total knee replacement in January 2022. I was very apprehensive the first day but Hayden was very patient and understanding and quickly put me at ease. With his expert guidance and care, I made great progress and even enjoyed the sessions after the first few weeks. My experience and results were both exceptional.

The front desk staff (Tara and Carolyn) were very welcoming and friendly, and also did their best to accommodate my needs when it came to scheduling.

I will definitely recommend Peak to anyone who needs physical therapy!

Best Physical therapists and physical environment in the CSRA. Working with Luke (key word WORKING) after knee replacement made the process so much more approachable. Thanks to all, from the front desk to all clinical staff. You are the best!

I went to both Agusta and Evans for PT from Luke at the recommendation of a friend. I'm here visiting from out of state.
Had fractured my humerus and needed to continue therapy.
Luke was excellent. I appreciate all he taught me and he was thorough with explaining the exercises and concerned about my comfort. Taught me exercises to help with comfort.
Both facilities were very nice. Staff friendly and helpful .
Extremely pleased with my PT experience with Luke.

I recently had a total knee replacement and went to Peak Rehab for my PT. Physical therapy after a total knee replacement sucks. It's painful and hard, but the therapists at Peak were awesome! I worked with Molly and Luke briefly, but Gary was my main therapist. Gary was empathetic when I needed extra understanding but he was also stern when I needed a little extra push. The results are amazing! I feel strong and knowledgeable with what I need to keep doing on my own. Gary is a lifesaver! Thanks Gary!

Also, you can't go wrong with Molly or Luke either. They are fabulous too!

I had bilateral total knee replacements in June 2022! I did my rehab at Peak Rehab and Fitness Center down town! Everyone was so friendly and my therapist Karla was very knowledgeable. She gave me the tools to reach my full potential after 2 total knee replacements! Thank you Peak for your exception care and services

I had a fractured shoulder and after 6 weeks in a sling my doctor sent me to Peak Rehabilitation in Evans for physical therapy. The office staff was friendly and helpful, and my therapist, Hayden, was the absolute best! The staff at Peak Rehabilitation helped me get my mobility back and I am so very thankful! I highly recommend them for any physical therapy needs.

They were so patient with my progress! The therapist assured me from the beginning that although it will be a slow process, it will be a successful one if I stay disciplined with the exercises. The facility was clean and always smelled fresh regardless of the number of working patients! They customized my treatments based on any physical challenges I ran into. The staff were also friendly and engaging in conversation even when I was grinding my teeth in agony as I performed my stretches ;). They get an A+, thanks guys!

I had knee replacement on January 31,2020 and the other knee on May 15., 2020. I chose Peak Rehabilitation after it was highly recommended by many of my friends that had been a patient there. There are no words to express how awesome this facility and staff is in all aspects. Everyone on staff is so nice and friendly and Molly was wonderful. She encouraged me and was very caring. Everyone was very professional and knew exactly what to do to make my recovery easier and with a great outcome. I felt like I was going to visit old friends each time I went for a session. Following a fracture of a femur I went to the Evans branch of Peak. I found them to be professional in every way. I was fortunate to have a physical therapist named Jackie. I was unable to walk and 3 months later I could walk. She was friendly and competent. I highly recommend Peak Rehabilitation Fitness and Performance Center.

Went to Peak years ago for Physical Therapy after being hit by one, of the many, idiots who run red lights in Augusta. I also had dry needling done there which helped me immensely. Recently I've returned for chronic back pain ( still from that same accident) and got more dry needling done. Marie does the needling and does a fantastic job. She really makes you feel cared for. The exercises she has me do are really helping and the needling she did two weeks ago is still keeping my low back and sciatica pain under control. Everyone at Peak treats you with respect and care. They have a fantastic staff! I appreciate all they do.

I came in post surgery from a torn meniscus and Plica Syndrome. The guys at Peak were super friendly and very knowledgeable. My Physical Therapist, Marie, worked with me throughout my rehab process. I came in hobbling and she got me back to being able to lift and run in no time flat. Super professional and friendly. Couldn’t ask for more. Thanks guys!

Gary Gilbert at Peak is the best! I had rotator cuff surgery in mid March and he was my physical therapist for the duration of my rehabilitation. I am thankful that he got me through that painful time, that he pushed me to do my best, and I highly recommend him and his business. Everyone who works there is so nice and helpful, too. Highly recommend Peake!

I received a knee replacement June 2nd, 2020 and was directed to PEAK for physical therapy. From day 1 the staff was courteous, professional and patient. My therapist Molly made me and my wife feel comfortable throughout the entire process, and was a great boost of encouragement during the stressful first few weeks. She made hard work fun and enjoyable, while getting the max effort and results. I would gladly advise any of my family and friends to choose PEAK for any rehabilitation or physical therapy needs.

I had knee replacement surgery 3 months ago and went to see Luke for physical therapy. He was wonderful. Helped me out tremendously. The front desk staff was so helpful and very friendly. I will recommend this place to anyone and hopefully you will get Luke. He’s the best!!!! Thank you everyone.

My third time rehabbing a replaced joint at Peak. Two years ago I had a knee replacement and Marie was my therapist. I had a great experience so naturally I requested her in June when I had a reverse shoulder replacement. I graduated today after eight weeks. Excellent care once again. The surgery was on my dominant side so it has been very important to get that arm functioning again. The ladies at the front desk are warm and welcoming. Carolyn went above and beyond filling out my paperwork because I could not write with my injured arm. Cudos to all and thanks a million!

These folks are the best. They are very caring, kind and professional. After my shoulder surgery, they had me back to using my arm with in ten weeks. My therapist Gemmarie was the best. I cannot say enough about these folks. If you need physical therapy, this is the first and only place you need to come to. They are the best by far.

Well, I'm not sure where to start with my experience at Peak Rehabilitation. Words like excellence, professionalism, kindness, consideration, empathy all come to mind. Everyone there... from the ladies at the reception desk to all the therapists....are all first class and very good at what they do. And then there's Molly. I'm a former professional athlete who has had lots of surgeries and who has spent lots of time with physical therapists and trainers, and Molly is the best I've ever had the privilege of working with. Recovering from surgery can be a tricky thing, and it's important to receive the right amount of empathy, motivation, and care, and nobody does it better than Molly. I crutched in there having a pity party about my total knee replacement and walked out 8 weeks later ready to get back to living my life. Thanks, Molly!

The staff at Peak really care about you and your wellbeing. Everyone is very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I did PT with Gary and he was wonderful! He helped me get back on my feet following a bad break and surgery on my left foot (10 weeks in a cast). Gary made sure that I never exceeded my limits and always recommend things I could continue to work on at home. I highly recommend PEAK Rehabilitation!

I had a wonderful experience here. I had a knee replacement. Cree was awesome and very patient and understanding. I enjoyed going to rehab. I had been to another place and they did not spend the quality time or listen. I watched everyone here and you could tell that they all cared about their patients. I highly recommend them if you need therapy. From the front desk to the physical therapists I could not have had a better experience.

The care I received at PEAK Rehab was outstanding. I tried another physical therapy clinic first and was not satisfied with the assessment and treatment plan. After researching the credentials of the physical therapists in the Augusta area, I chose to give PEAK a try. I worked with Luke, who was excellent! He was very personable and thorough, and my problem was fixed in a much shorter time frame than what was predicted at the first clinic I tried. Id highly recommend this clinic for outpatient physical therapy!
