We love Brandi! We had a few bad experiences and stayed away for a while. On our return visit, our expectations were quite low, but I was really craving wings. We were greeted by the friendliest, sweetest Server there, Brandi. She brought us our menus, asked how we were doing that day and she's been our girl ever since! We go once a week just to dine in with her! We go for the wings, but stay for the Brandi! 😊💜

Digital menu is stupid nothing I can say about this being a good thing. The people there managers, cooks and waitresses didn’t do this so it’s not really something you can Blame them on. If you can get over this dumb menu thing which I think you should. The food was terrific. There is no where in Augusta which has a better burger or Philly cheese steak. I have now lived in this area 13 years. It’s clean The waitress are very good. It’s not just wings and beer. My wife wants to go when she wants a good burger. Once that’s said it’s daddy can we go get the chicken. My girls love the curly fry’s and chicken strips. It’s a family restaurant we like it. 3 & 6 yo daughters. Today I brought my son he is 13. They made his day the way they treated him was in a way that will make any parent smile. He was smiling ear to ear. It’s the little extra they did makes a big difference where I can write honestly they are not just servers, cooks and managers. They are good people. That’s my review and I also want to thank each and everyone of them who made my sons experience just awesome. It meant a lot

The food is good, the girls were friendly, the Hooterade was amazing. Will definitely be back another night. The atmosphere was so inviting and we enjoyed being greeted by smiling faces.

Brandi is a one if a kind waitress, she will spend time with you and be genuinely interested in what you have to say no matter how boring. She goes above and beyond for you every time and she memorizes orders!!! Much love to this awesome waitress.

First time coming to this restaurant and must say I was impressed. I stop going to Hooters because the food was terrible. It doesn't matter to me if the waitress is attractive, if the food sucks I won't go. I was invited to go and must say my friends were right. Hooters has gotten better with their food. Especially now that they have smoked wings. Smoked meat is the way to go. My only issues is I think it was over smoked when it came to how hard the outside of the wings were. But with how that lacked the flavor made up for it. The flavor alone rates 5 stars. Also the customer service was amazing. I had Taly. She is an awesome lady. Would highly recommend to ask for her when you visist. She was so nice and helped every way. She has personality which is a plus. Looks aren't everything. She has the entire picture. So my experience was perfect. I would recommend the smoked wings to everyone and I will definitely visit again. Thank you Taly!

I've always enjoyed hooters. The only difference is that we had to wipe the table down. The server was nice but not quite knowledgeable about everything yet. Still very sweet and would definitely return again.

Brandi is always a sweetheart! You come in and she greets you with a nice smile and happy tone. She definitely makes it a point to provide the best service around!

Very nice restaurant and atmosphere. It was the first time in 20+ years I've been back to this location, it looks good.

I LOVE the food here. I ordered the Mahi sandwich, grilled. The fries were hot and seasoned wonderfully. Nice and friendly atmosphere. Mia was an excellent waitress.

Food is great girls are pretty and nice, atmosphere is awesome. Sry about the empty plate or shells lol ate it all 2 knuckles an order yummy.

My Tex Mex Nachos were absolutely extravagant! My friends had the boneless Buffalo wings with a crispy side of fries. My other companion had the tender melt sandwich which paired with lettuce is phenomenal. Our waitress Lily has exceptional serving skills. Anything we needed, she got it for us. It was almost like we were the only table she had! Thank You Hooters!!! ;-)

Had a great time. Service wad excellent. Food was good. A little disappointed that the bar wasn't fully stocked. Very little draft beer and ran out of Corona beer.

I stopped by Hooters on Washington Rd in Augusta last week on Valentines day. It had been several years since my last visit and it was just ok back then. This time the food was great and the service was amazing. The first thing I noticed was the Valentines day decorations. The place looked fantastic, it took someone with a very talented eye for design to make it look so nice. My hostess met me as soon as I came in the door and seated me right away. Her name was Peyton, she was dressed in a very cute outfit with angel wings that she designed herself. She was also the talent behind the holiday decorations that were so beautiful. The food was really good and served quickly. Peyton came around to check on me and all her other guests regularly so we never had to wait on service. She even talked me into having key lime pie for desert. If you are local or just visiting Augusta, be sure to stop by Hooters and ask for Peyton! Trust me on this one, you won't be disappointed.

I was excpecting to have a bad experience when I first arrived the place was packed the servers were all running around it was busy to say the least, but our waitress was AMAZING it was a girl named Peyton with dark hair she was the most attentive and upbeat server I’ve ever seen, in the midst of being that busy she kept our drinks full made sure to explain the menu items to my fiancé who has allergies, even stopped to suggest a drink order! 10/10 will return for such amazing service.

Brandi was on her game, that is for sure! What you wanna know, I'll tell ya!

The Buffalo chicken sandwich, was big and pretty good. Fries were good too. Service was excellent.
