Holiday Inn Express North Augusta - SC, an IHG Hotel

We stopped on our way from Virginia Beach Virginia to Mobile Alabama on the 5th of January and then on our way back stopped again just for a night each time. The service was excellent, we were greeted by Nicole the front desk agent with a big smile on her face and a great personality. She took real good care of us and even recommended a great place to eat. I would definitely stay here again. Well done Nicole, we don’t meet people like you in the hospitality business very often.

First time here
I don’t stay at hotels often and I really wanted a CLEAN room so I thought I’d pay a bit more by coming here, also for the high ratings

My room definitely lived up to the expectation
It is very clean, wonderfully large window overlooking my vehicle so I can keep an eye on it

The two staff members I had contact with at check in were very nice
I look forward to checking out the pool tomorrow

I stayed on Saturday night. The staff was wonderful. The continental breakfast was wonderful. The breakfast staff Tangli was wonderful, she had a great personality. The front in manager Tarah was great too. She had a great personality, she made feel like you were part of family. She was very informative about the area. Also, the second and third shift auditors were great too. Also the housekeeping staff was great also. Our housekeeper was Tina, she a great attitude , great bedside manner. The night stayed was wonderful. The beds were very comfortable. No need to bring body wash, lotion, shampoo or conditioner it is all provided for you. We had a small refrigerator, microwave and Keurig machine to use. We also had an iron, iron boarding and hair dryer for your use. Also they have desk for your use in the room. The desk was useful to me on this trip. I did schoolwork while on this trip. The motel had great Internet access. Before we leave my daughter and I checked out the fitness center. We exercise little before leaving Sunday morning. The pool was closed but it ok. Hopefully the pool will be open next trip. I give this hotel. 5 A rating.

Nicole was the one working at the front desk both nights. She is an outstanding employee from her kind and helpful personality to helping us with whatever we needed without a second thought.The room was perfect. It was clean well maintained and had everything we needed. I would definitely recommend this place anytime.

Nicole at the front desk was the best! She went above and beyond to help with our rooms. I would Love to have a front desk rep like her at every hotel we stay at.

5 star mattress, very comfy. 4 star TV due to minimal guide and channel options. 5 stars for lighting and lots of outlet/ charge locations. Nice walk-in shower. I would definitely stay here again.

Well first off the people here are nicest folks you’ll ever meet .. the ladies in kitchen were so nice and helpful plus they know how to cook. They ladies at the front desk were pilot and professional rooms are clean . They have truck parking I’ll definitely be back when in this area again..

Had a lovely stay. Clean rooms and nice extras. Their guest services was so accommodating. I checked in, in the evening, and the night manager was so nice. She did everything to make my stay comfortable. I appreciated her so much.

This was a wonderful stay. I arrived very late night and received a room. April was a sweetheart that helped get me to a safe and comfortable place in a state I am not familiar with. The room was absolutely gorgeous. By far one of the best I have ever stayed in! The king bed was gorgeous. The room was setup well and the bathroom was so nice. Breakfast was a typical free breakfast. It was okay. But I highly recommend.

We knew our one-night stay was going to be over the top the moment we met Nichole at the front desk. She had a wonderful smile and engaging personality. We both thought that she was meant to work with the public!
She had us checked in within a couple of minutes. She gave us a quick rundown of the property and let us know that she was there for us if we needed anything. She answered our questions about places nearby to eat dinner.
My wife and I both mentioned that we hoped the local management realized just what an asset she was to them. With someone of her caliber and personality at the front desk any problems that arose would be dealt with in a professional manner and she would be able to contain almost any situation that might arise on her watch!
She and this property could not be farther removed from the experience we had at the HIE West in Macon, GA several nights prior to this stay here. Actually we both commented that Nichole should be the one to retrain that crew or, more likely, clean house and start over!!!!

AMAZING service! My son and I were in town for his first Iron Man 70.3 competition. The hotel was great - nice and clean! After a long day at the competition, we had some car trouble and Tarah at the front desk called her husband as well as Carlos (head of maintenance, I think) to help us figure out what was wrong. Not only did Carlos come in on his personal time to help troubleshoot, he also took my son to get a car battery the next morning! They ABSOLUTELY went above and beyond and saved the day. And we made it home safely. Will definitely stay there again next time we’re in the area.

This was my first time staying at this Holiday Inn and I honestly never think to leave a review. But after a 3 1/2 hour drive and my 2 kids in the car I must say I was more than impressed. Lisa at the front desk had more than enough things going on but still got us checked in quickly with a smile on her face. We will be back for sure.

This was the most stress free hotel stay i’ve ever had. The rooms were spacey and clean and the Front desk staff, Vanessa, took care of absolutely everything i needed. She was very positive, helpful, kind, and patient. i couldn’t have asked for a better hotel staff !

Nicole was an absolute pleasure to work with, especially with a late check-in. She is very kind, courteous, and wonderfully professional. She also provides fantastic tips on parking! The room was very clean and tidy, and the free breakfast was delicious as well. Thanks again Nicole, you rock!

Great fitness center. I had a really comfortable sleep and sprang out of bed feeling so good went down and used the fitness center. Really well lit, ventilated room and right when I was finished at 6 AM breakfast was being served. Fantastic. The hotel is in an area right off route 20 that I would call Industrial commerce. There is a Walmart and a few fast food places, plus a Dollar Tree. The Italian place for a Greek Salad was 10 minutes down the road, but there was convenience store that had a great tuna salad. The staff was friendly and welcoming with well lit parking and plenty of room. Most of the people I saw staying here were male contractors from various construction, utility, hwy and etc. companies , so I felt safe

This was probably one of the best hotel stays that I have ever had! We were in town for my daughters dance competition. There was also a basketball tournament in town too. Needless to say there was a lot of kids- all well behaved though. The staff was so patient and helpful no matter what. From the manager, to maintenance, to food workers, to the front desk staff. I cannot say enough good things. The room was very clean. Breakfast was fully stocked even though there was a lot of folks eating. Parking was great. Location was great! Be props to this hotel! Thanks for a great stay!

Nice clean quiet hotel that serves an amazing breakfast that includes your choice of delicious hot breakfast items. Hotel guests and housekeepers are very respectful of keeping noise levels to a minimum. I was very impressed. Oh, very friendly and professional front desk staff.

We always use this location when attending a local church here in North Augusta. Nicole at the front desk is absolutely amazing. Very sweet, polite and helpful. A true asset to the team. Thank you! Will continue to visit.
