Terry in appliances took the time to find he the product I needed, in another department. Which was such a help. I would ask for him personally when looking for appliances, he is personable and EXTREMELY helpful.

We had stopped to pick up some items to take out to the family cemetery and spruce things up. We bought too much, and when we came back at the end of the day, Karyn was our cashier to do that return. What an asset to the organization! She's a wonderful Ambassador for Home Depot. Great personality and a lovely smile. Really made a pleasant day for us.

Going to Home Depot is always something I look forward to because of the great selections and the staff always at the ready to help you out. Today was a bit difficult due to injured knee but the staff stepped up and came to the rescue keeping me from wondering aimlessly. Kudos to the staff and management

This is one of my favorite Home Depot locations. Store is always clean. I can always find someone to assist me. They have a huge selection. I love shopping the clearance items they have displayed

Always find what I'm looking for, and if I can't...they will find it for me.

Main purpose of this shopping excursion was organization. I needed several clear storage bins that I could stack, they had multiple brand & sizes at competitive prices : ) The store was clean & neatly organized too. Big bonus every employee was very courteous and pleasant!

Always very helpful. Even during this pandemic they've been able to help or keep in stock what is needed. Just wish their delivery and installation crews ran quicker. Had a carpet measurement over a week ago and still no call to even set a date for installation.

Update: rented a floor sander today and the gentleman was awesome. He explained how the machine worked, what to avoid, recommendations how to achieve the results I wanted and loaded it up for me.

Can always find what I need

Was looking for some concrete blocks to put together a small patio. There were definitely enough in stock!

Favorite hardware store layouts are always similar so I don't have to search for everything. Always friendly and helpful staff when you need them.

I give you a good review I like your place that's where most of my lumber has come under refurbished my trailer and I hope you stay open that's where my varnish came through to paint my cabinets in my kitchen furniture with some pretty varnish from y'alls place I have certainly enjoyed having home Depot in Brownwood thank you thank all of you and thank all the employees too have a nice day

Great customer service! I was recently in the Brownwood Home Depot (Sunday Afternoon 3/13) and wanted to give a shout out to Judith, Amanda and Debbie for there help with my purchase. It's fantastic customer service that sets you apart from the competition. That's exactly what I experienced from each of them while in the store purchasing a grill.

I showed up to pick up a minisplit system and a ceiling fan I ordered. I drive a Chevy equinoxe. Got curbside delivery. First I parked in wrong area. Lady came out and explained where I should have parked. I was going to move but she told me no they would bring my stuff to me there. I thanked her. They brought out enough boxes to fill a pickup bed. One huge box and a bunch of smaller boxes. It took three people to get all that in the back of my vehicle. Had to put back seats down. Didn't have a clue was going to be that big a load. They kept rearranging until they got everything in my car. They need a big raise and a bonus. Because of them you have a customer for life.

I got in here alot and it's always organized, stocked, and clean!! Everyone is always so helpful!

We need new appliances for our house. We're having trouble with our closing date but didn't want to wait too long before ordering our appliances, but don't want them coming in too soon either. We wanted a couple of unique appliances to suit our 100 year old Spanish Revival house. Haley was so patient with us and helped to work it all out while saving some money. What a great Home Depot experience we had thanks to Haley!
