South Carolina Welcome Center - North Augusta

Very nice rest area. The bathrooms were very clean. Also the surrounding area outside is very scenic. There's a gift shop inside the main building as well as coffee and vending machines.
Plenty of parking for semi trucks and RVs. Nice places to walk around outside and look at the natural scenery. Love this place.

Beautiful place to rest. Was not crowded amen we went. We drive OTR and this was definitely a great spot for us. Clean rest rooms. Vending machines are outside and accessible 24 hrs, cash only. There are swings like porch swings outside to enjoy and picnic tables.

There is an abundance of brochures for whatever could possibly interest you.

This was a nice place to stop after passing through the big city, and the women inside were not shy about giving me tons of different material about different areas in the state!

Out back, there's also a certain kind of plant that apparently only grows in this area!

My family is heading to the Myrtle beach for our vacation and decided to make a quick stop to this welcome center. The bathrooms are clean, and the place looked nice outside. The lady from the front is very nice and offered us a map and coupons to the myrtle beach. I didn't get her name, but if she read this, I wanted to say thank you again for your kindness 🙏.

I was greeted with “Welcome to South Carolina!” (to the tune of “welcome to moe’s”) by a nice man who pointed me in the direction of the very clean restrooms. I’m not entirely sure if he worked there but he definitely lived up to the welcoming name. 10/10 experience.

Plenty of information to enjoy South Carolina. The lady gave us information and was very friendly. Bathrooms were very clean. Loved the Welcome Center. Had a pet area and parking for trucks.

Nice lady at the desk was very helpful with directions for ting the back roads.

Wonderfully helpful staff, Andrea was awesome! Clean restrooms and their center is stocked with TONS of free South Carolina maps and info. Stop here to take a break from the craziness of I-20!

Great, but after 5pm, only restrooms in back are open. No lighting in bathrooms.

Beautiful just beautiful, its always a beauty when you go out of town to a welcoming state. South Carolina is a beautiful city with motorbikes and alot of fun places to visit.

We were coming from Chattanooga, Tenn and the Rest Stop was so clean and staff was so friendly. We enjoyed just taking things slow here because we were so comfortable.

We stopped in for a quick break on a recent road trip and were greeted by the hostess. I wish I remembered her name. She is a shining ambassador for the state of SC. As a former resident of the state, I loved reminiscing about favorite places to eat, etc. It was more than a rest stop. It was a quick trip down memory lane!

One of the best welcome centers I've ever visited, I highly recommend stopping in when entering South Carolina! The local guides are exceptionally friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. It's also clean and has comfortable bench swings to relax on for a rest from the road.

Had to stop and stretch our legs for a bit as we entered South Carolina. Friendly staff and clean restrooms. We picked up some information on things to do while visiting SC and was able to learn a little more about all the state has to offer while driving to our destination.

Andrea is super sweet and helpful, me and my husband were traveling through to myrtle beach and she showed us all of the to do things. Would definitely stop again lovely atmosphere and cleanly rest stop.
