They were very busy, but still fairly polite and friendly. The entire order was correct and my Shamrock Shake was perfect!

Food was great. But watched your manager Heather be absolutely horrible to her employees. Been in service industry for 30 years and it’s a wonder you have any help with a manager like that.

I love a big Mac but mine was a little dry, but thrilled they were open at 1am .the 24 hour is awesome . I know the next burger will be perfect.

Picked up a GALLON of SWEET TEA. Excellent. Wish all McDonald's everywhere could and would sell their tea in gallon jugs like they do in Anderson SC.

Enjoy the food but hate that they changed the size on 1 dollar sweet tea and that thier ice cream machine is always always down

Food is what you expect from a McDonald's. Fries are mostly good except for the basket of fries, they're a little undersalted and a little soggy. Burgers are what you would expect. They almost always get your order right. Would recommend. The ice-cream machine is almost never broken.

I rarely eat fast food, but was having one of those days. I went to the drive up and when I got to the window to pay, the car in front of me paid for my order! Restored faith in me that other people are kind and pay it forward!

Even when there's a long line, the service is super fast, every employee has been courteous, and my order has always been correct. And this has been the case over about 7 or 8 visits over the last 6 weeks with most happening during peak lunch or dinner hours.

Excellent customer service after football game at 1 am, even took 4 orders from our single vehicle in the drive thru. And got all the orders correct! Great attitudes from the workers.

As I got to the first window, which was closed, I saw jobs that needed filling in this McDonald's. The wait was a bit long, but I must commend the few employees that were on hand for their diligence and determination to feed the masses. These employees deserve a raise, a bonus, and benefits.

Food was good and quickly served and kindness

This place has the best customer service, I mean they do everything to make the customer service experience 100%. Food is good, Store is clean

We love McDonalds for a quick lunch.

Finally the new Managment runs this establishment well
It has turned into a great eating experience

Ordered a breakfast Burrito and was put in the #5 wait spot really.....and then I got an eye roll from the window lady asking me to wait. It is here now and not even hot. Really?

Service was prompt, food was hot, staff is always friendly...and they are open 24 hours..5 O'Clock a.m. coffee or 2 a.m. soda and fries..it's so nice to be able to get a bite to eat no matter what time of day it is.

I see a few negative reviews here, so perhaps it's not always so great. My 3 personal experiences have been excellent. I'm a bit hesitant to offer 5 Stars, but it is what it is. This last one, May 27th 2021 at 11:10 PM was exceptional. There were about 8 to 10 cars at the drive thru but the service was clockwork fast. The employees at the drive thru were super polite and on top of their game. The food was hot and fresh. THIS is what Ray Kroc had in mind. Thanks for actually caring about the service you provide. It matters!

It was our choice simply because my grandson went to church with us, and afterward, we asked him where he wanted to eat, and of course, he said, McDonald's so, we went inside to eat and let him play at which he ended up making friends so, we decided to let him play with them but overall, everything was good.

That peanut butter McFlurry crunch is an amazing tasting dessert

I love this place for a number of reasons. Their services is really good. They are very fast and polite. The food is consistently to my liking. And I have been eating there since I was 8 or 9 years old. 👍
