Just had the best experience with Dr. Burgess and the whole medical staff at Hardin Medical Center. From registration to finish I had the best experience. The staff were kind and professional and people Ben stopped us in the halls to make sure we know how to get where we were going and ask us if we needed anything. 10/10 recommend Hardin Medical Center and Dr. Burgess for your medical and general surgery needs. I drove an hour to see Dr. Burgess because I trust him-you will too!

This hospital has the best nurses and doctors ever. Everyone we encountered was polite and professional. They went above and Beyond to take care of me during the worst time of my life and I'm forever grateful.

I was seen in the ER at my last visit. Nurse Mallory as well as Kimberly in labs were very quick to get the samples they needed from me. Dr Green was the physician this particular evening and was very thorough in examination and listened to all my concerns and gave options on testing. He did what needed to be done to diagnose and treat. All in all visit was less than 3 hours from entry to discharge. I have sat at Fast Pace longer than this and got no real answers or relief. I hope I never have to go back to any ER, but the staff and experience here simply can NOT be beat! these folks care about their patience's and it shows clearly! 10/10

I have been a ER patient on 2 occasions since January and I was always treated well. My wait was a little long on one occasion but that had to do with my CT scan and getting it read. I have also had some imaging done both associated and not associated with my ER visit. The imaging crew I have dealt with are always extremely pleasant. One of the techs, Jordan, was particularly memorable in terms of friendliness and professionalism.

Had an emergency and went to HCM, The staff wERE very friendly knowledgeable and treated me with the utmost respect Diagnosed and treated me quickly, Lisa white in billing was a God send; She took care of my financial needs Was understanding, caring, and patient with me and my Needs..

I took my husband in around 1am with chest pain, the ER was swift and smooth getting him cared for. Dr. Ramirez was great in giving us results and options for care very quickly. We were moved up to the ACU not too long after. The nurses were amazing in both the ER and ACU. We saw the cardiologist, Dr. Nethala who was very knowledgeable and friendly. The EMS guys who transported him to Jackson were also wonderful. The entire visit the staff was friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. We couldn’t have been more pleased.

This week I gave Savannah's small town hospital Hardin Medical Center a chance. I brought a family member to the er Wednesday and recieved great care, then they were admitted...YES I SAID ADMITTED... And recieved great care on the floor too. My family member went to the er for a specific reason, per their PCP orders...while HMC addressed that particular issue, they also went above and beyond to look into some other things... including some cardiac issues, with a cardiologist...again you heard me right A CARDIOLOGIST... I have been thoroughly impressed and pleased with the care recieved at the little hospital across the river... every staff member we encountered went above and beyond. ... they are growing now and I see great things in the future!
No way I can name everyone but the list includes every dr, every nurse, dietary, environmental services, billing, respiratory, ultrasound tech... EVERY SINGLE PERSON!. We literally got treated like family. Great job HMC!

We arrived with my husband having severe chest pains, they immediately took him back and went straight to work on him. All staff were very efficient and kind. He was well cared for❤

My daughter was seen here last night and diagnosed with a UTI. The staff was very sweet and gentle with her. Dr. Murray was great with her and quick to get a diagnosis. Mallory was her primary ER nurse. She was so sweet and made her as comfortable as possible. Thank you guys for all your help!

HMC labor and delivery floor is top notch! I had all 4 of my children there and wouldn’t want to go anywhere else! The doctors and nursing staff are passionate about what they do and always go above and beyond! They will always hold a specials place in my heart!!! 🫶🏼

HMC is wonderful! I have had all 4 of my babies there. The nurses, doctors, and anesthesia team made me feel so comfortable and ensured I had the best birthing experience.

Excellent care by both nurses and doctor while in the ER. After a MVC I had terrible face pain. I was taken right back and straight to ct. Of course I had to wait a little while for the scan results which is expected. I couldn’t be happier with my experience.

I rarely have to go to the ER. 15 years before this one to be exact, but I had a good experience with the ER. They got me back super quick and the nurse I had was caring. I had the stomach bug and was dehydrated. She gave me IV fluids and nausea meds. I felt like a new man whenever I left. Dr Qualls is a good doctor and Mary, RN in the ER is top notch! I know that not everyone has the same experience, but mine was positive and I wanted to let everyone know. Thank you for helping me feel better!

I went to the emergency room, they were just about the nicest hospital staff I have ever met. The Doctor was wonderful, a very nice man. I normally am very anxious when I have to go to the doctor or hospital, but honestly this was the best one I have ever been to. I was unsure of which hospital to go to because where I live is the same distance between 2 and I can honestly say if I ever need to go back to another it will definitely be this one!

The staff and doctors were amazing!! They all made me feel comfortable and acted like they actually cared to find out what was wrong with me it turned out I had a tubal pregnancy and they were all so amazing before and after the surgery! I was honestly putting off my pain bc I didn't want to go to our ER bc all the stories I've heard or a few experiences I had! But I would like to praise the nurses and doctors for there kindness and concern!

I visited HMC yesterday, 8/6/21 for an Upper Endoscopy procedure. My visit started with me receiving paperwork for another individual who just happened to be named Jesse Johnson. Luckily he had a different middle name or I probably wouldn’t have caught the clerical era so quickly. This is the part where I’m suppose to talk about how incompetent HMC is and bash them for this mishap, but that’s not what I’m gonna do at all. Instead, I want to brag on how hard they worked to solve this problem in a very timely manner and keep my procedure on schedule. Once my paperwork was straightened out the rest of the process was phenomenal. The attitude of the nurses and the anesthesiologist who assisted Dr. Eason helped make me very comfortable during all of this and I’m truly grateful for that. God Bless each and everyone of you and I definitely wouldn’t hesitate to return here in the future, because of my experience.

I am glad to learn we have a hospital with great care in our community. Friendly people, nice nurses and very clean. They made a bad day a whole lot better.

We are from NC. We were in Savannah for a couple of days. On January 19, 2019 my husband suddenly started having severe stomach pain. With help from friends we got him to the ER at HMC. We got checked in and he was immediately seen by the ER doctor and a CT scan ordered. He was diagnosed very quickly and admitted. He was there five days. The doctors and the staff were all excellent. Friendly, attentive and caring. HMC made both of us feel at ease in the fact that we were eight hours from home. My husband and I would not hesitate to use HMC when needed. Thank you to all the doctors and the nurses who looked after us.

I was in a car accident, they got me in quickly. The Doctor and nurses were awesome. They were very helpful, Friendly and attentive. Awesome job. I hope I never need the ER. Again but if I do HMC is where I will go. Thank you for taking care of me.

There is a noticeable change taking place at this hospital.
I've always been meet with rudeness and bad attitudes from alot of the staff here till recently I've noticed happy staff and a willingness of staff to help . It's like day and nite I hope they keep up the great work.
