Charley's Pizza Parlor

This last weekend, we went to Charley's Pizza Parlor, in Jacksboro, TN after a TMSAA Championship Football game. There were around 40 people in our Group, half of which were part of the football team. Charley's received our entire group with room to spare for more people to come in. Their servers were really helpful and friendly, it did take time to get everyone's orders individually but I am not sure that they were entirely ready to receive a party of 40, but they made it work and they did well. More than half of us ordered the Salad bar and the pizzas were flowing to all of our table. This was my first time to eat at Charley's whereas my Girlfriend and her BFF plus the kids had all been there before. My Girlfriend and her BFF ordered the Lasagna and the Salad Bar. I ordered the BBQ Chicken Pizza without Bacon but added Onions. The pizza was delicious and so was my Girlfriend Lasagna too. Of course I have some of my Girlfriend salad to hold me until the food we ordered came. Besides that, the Kids ordered a Giant 17 inch Pepperoni with Extra Cheese pizza. There were 5 other tables that ordered the same. As I said before, more that half the party did get the Salad bar as well. Additionally, the Sweet Tea was good too. Charley's also orders Pizza by the Slice. Along with a variety of Sandwiches as well as Wings. Their restaurant is clean, plenty of parking, Wheelchair accessible as well, and The Staff are friendly & helpful.

Delicious pizza. Good wings. My wife had the gluten free crust and she really enjoyed it. Service was good (as was the sweet tea). It took a while to get the food, but nothing out of the ordinary for a busy Friday night (maybe 40 minutes?). We will definitely be back.

First visit to Charley's since I moved here 2 years ago. Ordered an XL supreme to go. Prompt, friendly service and great pizza. I appreciated the fact that the pie was slightly undercooked so we could reheat at home. I didn't even have to ask. We'll definitely be back!

I haven't eaten at Charley's in about 25 years, I'm no longer local. We just wanted somthing quick and simple after Thanksgiving, so we ordered take out and it was great!!! The chef's special was excellent. We ordered giant size and it was huge. The leftovers the next day were good reheated. I'm motivated to post this review because not only was the food great, but they also really have their process down. I was told 35 minutes, and our pizza went to the out going rack right on time. I watched the dude pulling the pizzas out of the oven,while I waited and he was laser focused. I understand that it won't always be that on target but watching the team work together, I think they hit their time targets more often than not. The crew there was engaging with the customer and polite as well. Thanks Charley's crew.

To me, it Has the best salad bar in this area. And the hot wings are my favorite, great flavor. Great pizzas also. My whole family loves Charley's Pizza Parlor 😍

Great little pizza place with a nice salad bar and pizza bar for lunch. Great service and everything was fast and it felt like a clean, friendly atmosphere.

This is by far the best pizza I’ve ever had. I just moved from South Florida and I thought I never get better Pizza, but Charlie’s pizza is amazing, very clean and organized atmosphere!

We have been going to Norris Lake for years and never knew this place really existed. Big mistake on our part. This place was great. They were very busy but they seated quickly. The service was excellent. Our waitress was very friendly and was always checking with us. Our pizza came out quickly and tasted great. We had the thick crust and it reminded me of a hand tossed pizza. They did a great job with it. If there is anything to complain about, it would be that they didn't serve alcohol. Even though a beer goes great with pizza, it wasn't a big deal for us. It was well worth the stop.

We recently moved to Scott County from Knoxville and we're looking for a place to eat. We happen to cross Charley's and thought we would give it a try. Gatti's used to be my favorite place to eat pizza until we ate here! It is the best pizza I've had in years!! You get all you can eat pizza, salad, and drinks for only $9.99. We will definitely be back

Great restaurant with lots of seating! You can order off a menu or get the buffet with a nice selection of yummy pizzas that have lots of toppings they also have a good salad bar to. A great place to get your tummy filled.They also have more than just pizza to order from off the menu. Can't wait to get back to Charley's again! 👍😋😋😋

Very good place to eat and our waitress Kim was phenomenal. Definitely would recommend this place.

The food is the best there and you have just about anything you want it’s great it has been since I was a kid and I’m 43 years old now

Love this place! Wish they were open on Sunday's too, but every time I go the food is just awesome
