Hampton Inn Kimball

I have stayed here several times in the past and every time this place is the same A-1 service Asha,Dreams and Barbara are the absolute best there hospitality and determination is amazing Barbra is the most dedicated employee I have ever seen she deserves a raise if I had to rate this place 1-5 it’s a 10 and the only reason I gave 5 stars across the board is because you can’t give 1000,000000 hands down the best in the business of hotel rooms and if my family is in the area we will never stay anywhere else oh and the rooms are super clean so house keeping is fantastic as well

We got stuck in a terrible ice storm last night, and after sitting at a stand still for 8 hours, we decided to get a hotel. Nickie at the front desk was amazing, and she was a trooper with everyone coming in to get off of the roads. The hotel was clean, and the breakfast was surprisingly good. Would for sure recommend if needing a place to stay in Kimball.

Stayed in room 218 Handicap room. They accommodated our family of 5 with a cot. Super helpful and very nice. Not busy but the place was clean. Breakfast was good.

Just a stop on a trip to Florida. Time we're clean and up to date. We had a great view of the mountains too! Breakfast was included and was delicious and filling! Friendly, helpful staff.

Easy to find right off I24. Hotel lobby was inviting and clean. Room was clean. Breakfast was good and breakfast staff was very accommodating. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance across parking lots. Small parking lot and was a bit difficult with a trailer.

This hotel should definitely get more than 2 stars! It is totally up to par with all other Hampton properties. Everything was clean and smelled fresh, complimentary breakfast was the usual eggs, protein (sausage patties), waffles, juices. Parking lot is well lit, easy access from the expressway, staff is very friendly.

I was looking for an affordable hotel relatively close to Chattanooga for a work trip and am so glad that I stayed here. The staff is incredibly warm and welcoming. Free breakfast was good and you should definitely try out the blueberry waffles if they have them. The employee in charge of the breakfast station was particularly kind and checked in with me to make sure I was having a great experience.

Single night stay. Staff was very friendly and helpful! Clean room, good shower, comfortable bed and a hot breakfast.

The staff was very friendly and the room was in excellent condition, very clean and very comfortable. We had a wonderful breakfast that offered a lot of choices from eggs, waffles, cereal, to bagels, toast, or pastries and more. I am picky about the hotels I stay in because I usually travel with my 6 year old granddaughter. I would definitely recommend this Hampton Inn. There was a $20 incidental charge upon check-in, but it was removed when I checked out. I can't say it was a surprise, because I read the reviews before making my choice to stay here. If I need a place to stay in this area again, I will definitely be staying here again.

Had to make an unexpected stop at this location (car issues). The staff was extremely considerate. The general manager, Nickie, went above and beyond to assist my family and me. She was so accommodating and made sure that we had EVERYTHING we needed to make the best out of our situation. She even offered use of her car to get dinner. Yes. She did. Yes. There ARE still good people in the world. 🤗 😍
Regarding the hotel: It is very clean, quiet, nice and modernly decorated, convenient to the interstate and to places to eat and shop.

Really clean and peaceful! Beautiful view, nice pool, plenty of room, good amenities! Highly recommend for a cheap, nice, stop for business or vacation!

Ashley was amazing and I'd stay here anytime she's here. Her vibe is what people try hard to be, but with her it's just her and perfect. Hospitality level is off the charts! Thanks Ashley and come visit us in St Pete Beach FL anytime

As a Mom traveling with young children, safety and cleanliness are a top priority for any hotel we stay in. Hampton Inn Kimball in TN did NOT disappoint! We had an exceptionaly restful and CLEAN overnight stay at this Hampton Inn. We did have a small 3rd party booking issue that was not the hotel's fault and the front staff were very very patient and kind while answering all questions and attempting to resolve the problem without a single trace of irritation. Our room itself was sparkling clean, spacious and inviting. Aside from the standard room amenities, we felt these rooms contained a few extra that seemed tailored just for my family - such as an extra blanket for my super cold little one plus a night light in the bathroom to keep the kiddos from falling all over themselves in the middle of the night. Our room even contained makeup remover wipes! In the morning,, my family all found what they wanted at the tasty hot breakfast that was offered complimentary. This is a well kept location that we look forward to staying in again. Thank you Hampton Inn Kimball!

Very nice. Comfortable beds.... slept like a baby. Plush comforters, fridge in room. Bathrooms pretty as well as the whole room. Great breakfast with many choices. Food area kept very tidy,. Also served breakfast until 10 am, which is nice because we were traveling and arrived late. Would love to stay here again. Staff so polite and friendly.

Zero complaints. The room was nice and clean, the staff were friendly (nods to the gentleman running breakfast,) the beds were comfortable, and there were many options for breakfast.
