I would like to thank everyone working in the pharmacy. I call and get help regularly for my 92 year old Dad. I live 3 and 1/2 hours away and come to fill his monthly medication boxes. Everytime I call everyone is so friendly and helpful. I want to especially thank Kelly for all of her help today. Your staff is above and beyond. Thanks again to all of you for everything.

Well stocked store, pharmacy is always willing to take time and explain your keds and counsel away and questions or worries you have. Great place.

Cashiers at Lafollette CVS store are awesome. Especially Lisa and Tammy. Pharmacy techs are also awesome. The reason I go to this location are the workers that are there . Great clean store 👍 give them full 5.

Google maps says the UPS drop off is UT Medical Plaza but it's actually the CVS on the other side of the street.

Staff has always been helpful, store is clean and has good location.

The store needs to change their hours if they're never open when they should be.

It is very difficult to get anyone on the phone. I’ve called and been on hold 15 minutes both times. While on hold, I was constantly told about using the app. The app does not inform me of anything and sometimes it won’t open! Getting prescriptions is difficult. Often NOT in a timely manner. One time the person on the phone had no sympathy and was rude. Service is lacking in responsibility and service. I was once waiting for a prescription while in the store and two employees were gossiping in the back. Another time, we were there and the bathroom was disgusting. Improvements are needed. Maybe a better manager!

Always “busy” but not really doing much. Can’t call ahead unless you have 15 minutes to stay on a hold tree with teleprompts. Employees are always grouchy and act as though they hate their jobs. Common medicines seem to have to frequently “be ordered, they’ll be here in a few days”. Would definitely suggest literally anywhere else to fill a prescription.
