AT&T Store

I met the store manager, Marquise, at the door right at opening time on Saturday with my "sick" phone. He quickly and confidently solved the problem and within 10 minutes, I was back out the door with my phone in 100% working order. I appreciate anyone who is skilled with his/her job and can solve problems so quickly.

Terry Reiche was phenomenal. He helped set up internet for my new house. He was very professional and prompt. It was the best in store experience I've ever had. Can't wait to have my new internet thanks to Terry Reiche and all of his boundless AT&T knowledge.

You know, after reading a bunch of horrible reviews (not for this store-but in general) Id always avoided AT&T, but we live in a rural area and had Verizon (Id had them for about 10 years)- it was NOT cutting it!! No signal on phones, their internet “solutions” were not working. Our neighbor has AT&T and recommended them to us since they had never had any issues. Let me tell you, it is a NIGHT AND DAY difference, in customer service, in price, just everything. Talked to Marquise at first and then came back and talked to two other gentleman a couple days later (one fellow with black glasses and dark short hair, other fellow with long viking hair and stretched ears-AF Vet, wish I remembered their names) to set everything up. ALL were top notch!! AT&T is who we will stick with for years to come.

Ethan, at the Seneca store was so helpful. He answered and explained all my concerns. Thank you Ethan for being that Associate that takes time to help us older people, that don't totally understand technology.

i’ve been wit at&t since 2018 i only had internet and the sales representative trey he advised me to try the wireless plan i did and i love it he is the best salesman i’ve dealt wit dealing wit phones since 2005 that says a lot he caters to the customers and that is what you call quality assurance THANKS TREY AND HIS TEAM YALL ARE AWESOME TOO

I absolutely love this AT&T store. The guys that work here are awesome and always friendly. I used to dread having to go to my local one for any reason but ever since I came here, it’s my go to. It’s not too far out of my way, just a bit over 30 minutes but it’s definitely worth it. Thank you guys for the awesome service always 😁

Recently I needed a little help with my iPhone Marquise Taylor was delightful. Friendly, fast and professional I truly appreciate the great customer service.

My Samsung Galaxy 10+ stopped allowing me to make phone calls. I thought it was just the SIM card but it wasn't that simple. 3G has stopped so I had to get a new phone, Galaxy 22, but I get it free. I was VERY happy with the young man who helped me. I've had poor assistance at that store in the past, but not this time. I was very impressed, he was personable, knowledgeable and very helpful in getting me a great deal! I'm looking forward to getting my phone next week.

Terry was amazing! He did a good job helping me go from an android to an iPhone. Definitely recommend seeing him when you visit this store.

Excellent experience every time I come in. Also the manager Justin has givin me the best customer service that I have received at any retail store I have ever been to. I was assisted by Eddie today due to Justin already being engaged with another customer and Eddie also exceeded my expectations. He was very knowledgeable and addressed every question I had with excellent solutions. One last plus they had Impractical Jokers playing on the TV on my recent visit, these guys know what their doing!! Excellent job guys.

I had been a Verizon customer for years but not happy with them anymore so I needed a new phone and went to AT&T to look. The rep there answered my questions and helped me pick out the phone and plan I wanted. Helped me get my discounts and the best plan for me. I came home. The new phone was a new Galaxy S20 5G ultra. There was a couple things I couldn't figure out on working it so next day I went back. Another Rep was there and helped me. Showed me how to do it. Both times I went all the reps were courteous, smiling and happy to assist me. Never made me feel a burden for coming in. I am pleased with my purchase choice not only did I get great service but a great phone much better than the one I had at half the price for my monthly bill.
I would recommend AT&T and their people to help you . I'm one happy customer.

Decent customer service.

Customers coming in can be rude af though. These guys working have nerves of steel and patience of all the saints. I saw at least one person come in who made catching a first charge look like a damn good idea.

I had an outstanding experience at this store. The manager, Justin, and his assistant, Jeremy, were very helpful and nice. They took care of all my business AND saved me money. It can't get better than that.

For the first time ever in a cellphone store, I felt like I was helped by an honest salesperson. I didn't get the "let me get your name in our tablet and we will get to you when we have time. Here are all of our high end gadgets while you wait." It was a hello, how can we help you today. Byron was just down to earth and wanted to hear what I needed, not try to sell me the top line if that isn't what I needed.

I went there because VERIZON IS TERRIBLE. Justin is the best! Amazing customer service, honest salesmanship that laid out all the costs, fees, and options. Higher trade in value for our old phones. And they actually had the phones in stock! I saved almost $100.00 a month and have a better plan than my old Verizon plan. I'll never go back to Verizon.

This store and the employees are awesome I had an issue and they resolved it it 2 min over the phone even noone else could resolve it thanks guys y'all are the bomb
