I love this place. A slice of history indeed! When I look at this building, I can see and hear children learning, playing, and laughing, feel a summer's breeze blowing through the window, and hear rain pattering on the roof. I can smell the time worn wood. It is a peaceful place, aside from the highway.

Interested in rosenwald school history. Have picture of old pilgrim rosenwald school.did research and forgot book i got it from also have a group picture of students in the 1930s location of school simpsonville. Sc. Reply if you know.

A beautiful memorial of yesteryear. Just think about all the kids going to school here. Wow! It really takes you back to the baby boomers era.
