H&R Block

There's nowhere else I would ever go. Courtesy and kind and they actually care what and how you need to file taxes. If you have never tried H & R Block you really need to give them a try. I have the same worker every year and she lets me know how I need to do it and the best way for me and my family.

Every employee talked was amazingly nice, helpful, respectful, and caring. When I came to apply for the emerald advance in December I worked with Ladonna. She was understanding and sympathetic of the financial hardships that can occur during the Christmas season. When I went back to do my annual taxes I worked with Doug. He was such a pleasant, entertaining, and considerate person. He explained everything to made sure I knew what was happening every step of the way. I will definitely be returning next year!

LaDonna is AWESOME!!! She goes above and beyond to answer any questions that you may have. As well, she is there throughout the year for any additional support that you may need. I highly recommend her.

Doug does a great job. He is thorough, timely, knowledgeable, and has an upbeat personality. I enjoy doing business with him.

Because I've been to several other tax offices including online, and H&R Block has always been honest, helped me get the most back and has never given me any hassle. Or at least the woman I seen last year which was also the manager this, was absolutely incredible. Nice, very friendly, easy to talk to, and was a local. Honestly couldn't see myself going anywhere else to do my taxes now. I hope Cassandra Kunsman is still there next year! 2 years and counting!
