We had a 5star experience, we are church group consisting of Adventurers and Pathfinders and their parents, most of our kids haven't seen snow much less played in it. We were working on our skiing honors, the staff at the ski school were phenomenal, they spent extra time with the children and adults and even took them up the mountain in groups of two to help them navigate their first and second runs. The instructors were very much insistent on safety and took the time to help them make sure they were ready for the big mountain. Additionally their paramedic team took time to talk with kids, share their experiences and demonstrate some first aid techniques. We were very much accommodated for the size of our group(14) people with ages 5 to 45yrs and our autistic student. We hope to get back their soon.

Great ski resort for the whole family. Leassons available onsite with friendly knowledgeable staff. Plenty of lockers to leave your stuff while enjoying the slopes. Great little food store with friendly staff and good frensh fries and pizza. Two floors lodge, with fireplaces on the cold winter.

Great staff, super helpful and kind. We enjoyed our visit and were able to introduce our kids to skiing. Only one slope is open but the bunny slopes is enough for our young kids. We will definitely come back. The lodge is cozy and warm with decent food. We are happy this is open and so beautiful with the snowy, wintry setting.

Me and my family visited Friday 1/6/23 and we had an amazing time. The people were so kind and welcoming. No lines, no waiting, everything was fast and smooth. We took the group lessons and it was the best thing we did as new skiiers. We learned a whole lot and the kids had fun. An employee named Jeff offered to take our pics outside by the resort sign and ski lift swings. He was so kind to me and my husband carl and we spoke to him for almost 30 min. He took lots of pictures for us and we greatly appreciate it. He was the highlight of our trip. Very kind, friendly and gave us good tips on our next return trip. We will definitely return next ski season for sure. A family owned business with the best customer service ever. Thanks so much Jeff and the whole Wolf Ridge staff. Until next time, from Erika and Carl. P.S. jeff…(we will bring you some jerk chicken next time lol 🇯🇲)

Tucked way back in the mountains but still easy to get to, just follow the signs. Rustic old lodge with a ski mountain for real skiers and boarders. Technical terrain forces you out of your comfort zone and improves your skills. Not for the fashion resort types. Snowboarding with a 12 year old equals lifetime memories.

When we first showed up I was expecting a bigger place but what this place lacked in size it exceeded in fun! The staff was the best & so friendly! My family enjoyed themselves for 2 hours & laughed so hard! Thanks guys for being so awesome!

I took a group of Boy Scouts from Marietta, GA to Wolf Ridge Ski Resort the past couple days. The smaller resort size was great for managing a group. The food was pretty good and the facilities were kept clean. It’s obvious that their short season means they have a limited budget to invest in upgrades and large improvements, but I think they are doing well with what they have. What makes me happy to give them a 5 star rating was the staff. They were very well staffed. Everyone we encountered was friendly and helpful and that wasn’t just a handful of staff. I honestly interacted with no less than 15 staff members and everyone was friendly and helpful. One women staff member even let me borrow her own son’s racing ski jacket when we realized my son left his in the hotel room. She literally gave me her car keys to go get it out of her car. That was above and beyond! They made our trip great!!

Good slopes. Very icy (yet not their fault). They run low on Snowboard rentals, so make sure you rent outside the resort, if you want to ski, then there’s enough. Easy to get to, welcoming staff, small/family resort.

The routes are really beginner friendly. Not too people waiting in line so you can enjoy the fun non-stop! They also have some more advanced routes that we didn't try or were not open. Overall, I would give this 4.8 out of 5. I will definitely visit here again.

My son and I board a bunch. This was first time we have been. This place is a little gem
Hidden in the hills. They were just getting their snow base caught up, was a little rough, but very fun!!

Family Owned and Operated, Tim (Owner) was so nice as well as the rest of the family that we met.
My Husband has never seen snow before so to have this experience close by where we were staying at was Fantastic. Support Local Family Business

This place was wonderful. We had a group of people in which most of us had never skied before and Will helped us out so much. He was not only help us out with getting settled in but he also got us an instructor. Our instructors name was Nathan and he was very helpful to us and taught us a lot. Right after the lesson we were able to hit the slopes and that says a lot for a first timer. I highly recommend going to wolf ridge ski resort!!!!!!!

Staff at Wolf Ridge is amazing. They go out of their way to make sure their guests have a great time. They are constantly checking on our experience. Constantly saying thank you and my pleasure. I was eating a cheeseburger in the lodge and saw an employee smile while walking by. He returned with extra napkins for me. Where else do you find employees paying that close attention to the customer experience.

It takes effort and forethought to have this type of staff. Wolf Ridge puts forth the effort and is a big reason why our group ski trips for the past 10 years have been there.

We recently stayed here. We didn't go for skiing, we just had a cabin rented in that area. Some heavy snow came right when we were arriving but our weekend was saved by the most generous plow truck driver we've ever met!! The plow guy, Nathan Woody, let us load our bags in his truck and gave us a ride to our cabin where he then helped us carry them up the drive. After our stay, he picked us back up and took us back down to our car. He really did save the weekend for us and was just so kind and helpful. He went above and beyond. And for that, I am grateful. The world needs more folks like Nathan Woody!!
