Love the chicken

Service is always consistent. They do a good job being quick, and friendly. The inside always seems to be clean, and truthfully I can’t remember when they’ve messed up my order.

Food is great I mainly get the chicken and burgers never been disappointed. Great place to eat.

I'm from a city that has KFC. Jack's was new to me I enjoyed my meal.

Order a breakfast burrito and when I got it there was no sauce and it wouldn't have been able to feed a 2 year old.. way to small..

This particular Jack's is a good one. The food is hot, fresh, and tasty. Usually quick also. Service is friendly and if you got a problem they have always fixed it. I like everything on the menu. The only complaints I ever had was once in a while later at night chicken might be a little drier. Very very seldom I have received warm fries not hot fries. Which means they are cold when you get a few ate, I hate that lol. That is very very seldom if you can catch it they are more than glad to fix it though. (And with a smile and an apology) unlike a lot of places now a days.

We are visiting from AZ and all 6 members of our family loved this place. The chicken was some of the best they have ever had, way better than chick fil A. The biscuits tasted great and the mashed potatoes with gravy were delicious. It was clean, staff was friendly and helpful. It was very affordable especially for our big family. We will definitely eat here next time we come to TN.

Me and my boss man stop and eat there for breakfast every morning around 8:00 and you cannot beat it because it's good food good price even though I don't have to pay for mine I love going there and waking up in the mornings eating my food getting ready for work. It's the best place I can think of to take a biscuit and gravy and a Dr pepper and wake up getting ready and watching the sun come up.

If you've eaten at all the fast food places over the years and grown kinda tired of it, try Jacks. IMO they have a great tasting burger. Tastes like fresh hamburger meat. Excellent fresh big fries that taste like fresh potatoes. Excellent breakfast also.

Love there food love there service everything I expect when I walk into a dash food restaurant. It doesn't matter if they are slammed packed out the door your wait is never more than 10 minutes your always greeted with a smile and a great attitude and the food omg the food wow!! Great job jacks

We go through the drive through most every morning the Breakfast is great food and the morning employees are really friendly, helpful the girls at the window does their job well and always a friendly smile even at 5 AM just left from there and just like always great place to eat thanks to you at the window Vicki and Bruce Hutton

Jacks definitely has the best burgers ever, my grandson normally gets nuggets but after trying my burger thats all he wants now and as for the frys, nobody can beat jacks!

I love Jack's. But they always seem to forget something or they hand me a bunch of paper bages. I know they have the big plastic ones they could put all the paper bags in.

Have to say this is one of the cleanest nicest Jack's I have been in. Sandra keeps the place very nice and tidy. Every time I come in she is working her butt of. Very polite and helpful.

For my first visit ever, I highly recommend the food! The fries are the best!!!!!
