Finally got my 2023 BRONCO! I've been shopping for a couple of years. No one could make it happen. Jones Ford did. They put me first and asked me what I wanted. They did not tell me what they could do. They asked me what it would take to make the deal, and did it. Thank you!

After several purchases. Nothing but good things to say about Jones. Timmy my salesperson and a pretty good friend. Service dept does all service work on our vehicles and do a great job for us.

Bought my first car yesterday 2021 Dodge Durango GT to build up my credit, Amelia at Jones Ford was my sale person she's very nice she had me in this vehicle i told her i needed something with a 3rd row.

Oil change and minor maintenance…everyone, especially Landon, were professional and explained the maintenance needs before they were done. In and out quickly. Great service!

Had an amazing experience over the weekend with Jones Motor Company. We worked with Brandon Martinez and he was fantastic. We weren’t expecting to be in the market for a new vehicle right now but, of course the unexpected happened. Brandon was very communicative and honest with us. He asked what we were looking for in a vehicle and he 100% delivered. You didn’t get the pushy “bully” type environment like you typically get with a car dealership and I felt that Brandon was fully transparent with us. An overall excellent experience and I HIGHLY recommend going to see them for your next vehicle.

Quickly able to test drive vehicle I was interested in after making appt. Melvin showed me all the bells on whistles on the car. Tiffany kept me posted the week prior about any car I might like after I gave her my wants & needs during our initial contact.

There were a few hiccups in my vehicle purchase due to the company being bought and management changing. But the GM Anthony Benton reached out and addressed our concerns and made it right. As a customer I feel like I'm listened to and taken care of.

Great experience with Elizabeth Letson! This was the first time I purchased a vehicle over the internet without looking at the truck in person or test driving the vehicle. I'll be honest, it made me nervous spending $30k on a F150 that I never saw in person or test drove. This truck was delivered to my house for a small transit fee and once it arrived it was exactly as I expected! I have driven over 2k miles in the past 3 weeks since they delivered the vehicle and it has been great! I will be contacting this dealer when I replace my wife's vehicle!

We are very pleased with our experience at Jones Ford. We had a month long fight with insurance over a wrecked/totaled vehicle and the staff at Jones worked with us and even held a vehicle for us until the insurance was settled. Myles was a wonderful salesman.
