Will never return to this business again! Was new in town and went here to have 2 new building ordered and installed on our property. We were sold “upgrades” and special installation then told 2-4 weeks for delivery and install. 6 weeks we call the install company and find out there is a delay and the original company (being Jimmy’s portable buildings) should of informed us. Of course the woman at this store has no idea and acts like it’s news to her.
Finally, install time!! They arrive and are completely honest upfront. The upgrades we paid for being special installation and other items they do not have and can install our buildings but will be using a lower grade material. They will let the company (jimmys portable buildings) know so a refund can be issued. They install within 2 days and clean up. They did an amazing job on their part.
Three weeks go by, we have called jimmys portable building 4 times and each time were told she will look into it. Finally get an answer from her that YES there is a difference in the price of material and a refund will be issued to us. Two months go by and again we call because no refund. Now she is too busy to talk. We email the company and what do you know it goes straight to her and she says she is sorry. Now we are a year later and guess what? Still NO REFUND!!!

This woman gives, Jimmy’s portable buildings a band name by not standing by her own signed papers and giving refunds when items are paid for but unavailable for installation.
We have sense orders another building for a different company and will never bring out business back to this woman!!
