Main Street Music Center

I was looking for a left handed acoustic, found one was told the price without a case was 209, and with was 249, and got them to hold for me aswell, went to the store, was told a the guitar alone was 249 instead. The person was nice and helpful but they told me a different price just because that is what the right handed went for instead of checking the actual price and their boss wouldn't sell it for the price I was told. And didn't awnser when I asked for a price match from the fender website, he is school teacher so it's understandable but he needs to explain how he wants things done with price to his employees so they can handle it properly, I did still get the guitar and I'm proud of it, I'm not mad just disappointed that they didn't tell me the actual price it seemed disrespectful. Just be careful it's not to bad of an experience but it's a situation that could have been handled much better. They are a cool place to checkout and I recommend checking them out it may have been a once in a blue moon issue, but It probably won't be a store to frequent. They didn't charge tax I am happy with my guitar and it sounds amazing.

Update: spoke with the owner and they were real cooperative about talking about the mistake. It was just a once in a blue moon issue. We both understood each others points and it was probably one of the best interactions I've had. I recommend checking this place out every now and then.

Love it here, the man behind the register is an actual player and knows exactly what he's talking about. Its been a long time since i could go to a music store around here(savannah, tri-county area) and have a meaningful conversation about guitars. I Wish this place was open when i was a 12, they wouldn't have been able to get rid of me!

Owner is very personable. He wants to make sure you have a pleasant experience whole there. Sometimes there is music being played and it's great to listen to it.
