Chili's Grill & Bar

The Waxahachie location was great. As soon as we entered the restaurant we were greeted then taken to our table. The gentleman taking care of us was pretty busy, so we would look for him for refills or other items we needed. They could have been short staffed, who knows. Our food was delicious and we also had dessert, molten chocolate cake is a must of you're a chocolate lover.

Raquel Mendez is amazing she was my server today. She is so patient and take the time to tell me about the deals! Definitely coming back and looking for her.

Went there for lunch with my parents today. Food was good. Service was outstanding, our server Devin was very friendly and helpful. Will definitely go back

This particular experience was anything but a basic run-of-the-mill Chili's restaurant. What made this particular experience so memorable is the fact that the staff was eager to wait on us, the table and silverware and glasses and plates were nice and clean, and the overall atmosphere in the restaurant staff including was pleasant to say the least. We felt like we had plenty of time to make our decisions on appetizers and entrees, as well as plenty of time to make our drink choices. Also there was no rush for us to pay the check and leave the restaurant, it felt quite inviting actually. All in all prices were pretty good for eating out these days, the food was higher-quality that I generally have experienced in recent past at a Chili's restaurant, and the manager even came over to our table just to make sure everything was as expected. I'd say job well done!

I havent been here in a bit. But it was nice, only took a while for our food but i seen alot of people, so I know alot of orders.

Had lunch with my family today. Food was great. Staff was welcoming and attentive. Our server Devin has a great attitude and very friendly.

I always come here with my friends. It's our go to when we can't pick a place and the food is always good and so is the service. It does get hard for them to keep up when it's busy, but when Chili's gets busy it's REALLY busy. I don't blame them when they take a bit longer.

Had the double old timer burger. It was very good. If you order cheese sticks just remember there are only 3 ,but they are fat

Went there for New Year's it was great food was as ordered. Food was hot. Server was attentive. Delicious, great Margaritas.

Overall it was an enjoyable meal. The wait to be seated was 20 minutes, a little long for my taste, but it wasn't a surprise. After we were seated our waiter was at our table with some menus and taking our drink orders. The wait for our meal was short and our meals were delicious. My steak was prepared as ordered and sides were fresh. I would recommend

Our server, Devin, was amazing!! Had a few changes (children involved), but he handled it like a champ. And with a genuine smile. We don't visit Chili's too much anymore but had family at the local hospital and dropped in for a quick bite. Did not disappoint! Chili's, get more employees like Devin!

We came here tonight for my husband’s birthday! Our servers name is Mal. Not only was she attentive, but she was very kind and made this birthday dinner totally worth it. Thank you Mel for being such an amazing waitress!!!

I would just like to share my experience at this location. The service and the food were both amazing. I have worked in customer service for over 10 years now and I must say I’ve never seen a manager (Karina) go out of her way to to ensure her team and service is A+. This goes along way in my book because I have experience GM, Managers, that don’t really care to strive for excellence. She is an amazing manager and amazing person. I can tell when someone truly cares. You must visit this location.

UPDATE: had another great experience with this chilis location. Ordered my food online, very easy way to order what you want. The TOGO staff was prompt and amazing as always.

We live in Red Oak but will skip the Lancaster location and visit the Waxahachie location!! The quality of food and service is top tier! They never disappoint! Keep it up! Definitely my lunch go-to!!

Chilli’s Waxahachie was the most pleasant experience I’ve had in awhile. On 8/20/23 my daughters and I went for lunch. The waiter Shanley was Amazing! When bringing things out she was assisted by another waiter Chris. These two were attentive and so nice. The food ( my shrimp pasta with chicken), my daughter’s buffalo chicken sandwich and chicken tenders meal was hot, well platted and delicious! I asked Shanley to high five the cook. She said his name was Mikey ( Don know if I spelled it right.
Keep up the good work! We will be back!
