PNC Bank

Sorry that many reviews on this branch are sorry to see their old bank go. Nevertheless this PNC branch rocks. Friendly, knowledgeable and customer service oriented. Was pleasantly greeted when I arrived, waited for a banker. Angelica was superb, handled my request very quickly. And employees wishes me safe travels (weather was getting nasty) as I exited.
So refreshing after dealing with another PNC branch that had none of the attributes of this branch and employees.

Everyone here was very nice to me and was quick to help. I have had no issues banking here or on the app.

I want to give this place the benefit of the doubt and say that I don't actually have an account with BBVA. Maybe if you're an account holder they treat you better, I really don't know. I do however have to cash a BBVA check once every couple of weeks and after coming to this location several times I won't be going back. Somehow every single time I've gone here they have managed to make me feel uncomfortable in one way or another. The final straw for me was coming in with the check I've cashed many times before, getting looked at really hard by the cashier, and then her refusing to cash the check or explain why she wouldn't. Was the account overdrawn? Did she not like my shirt? We may never know.

I gave two stars instead of one because the people were nice and friendly. I’ve had problems on several occasions trying to withdraw amounts of cash. I had decided to move my accounts and went in to get cash and was told I would have to “order” those amounts two weeks in advance!!! Really?? I’m not banking with a bank that requires 2 weeks to get me some cash!! I went to the local bank I had recently switched to and got the cash over the counter no questions asked. Bank local with American owned banks, check out the difference in reviews compared to some other local banks- First Financial, CNB, Pinnacle, etc... It's says a lot!!!

How are people who work during the week supposed to get to the bank when all branches closed on Saturday???

One of the sorriest banks in Ellis County! After being advised that I can cash a check written from a merchant that banks with PNC, PNC advised no and then changed the answer to yes but with a 2% fee! Total disgrace and poor business practice!

As far as the branch customer service is great but talked to a manager about my funds not being available. She said there was nothing they could do even though I chose the express funds option and their system did not work properly. She was very sarcastic and when I asked to talk to Someone else she said sorry you can’t and hung up. I have deposited the same check weekly for years and have used the same bank since I was 17 but since it has changed to PNC it has been a terrible experience. Don’t bank here!

I would give zero stars if possible. I have been a member of this branch for over 20 years. Guaranty became BBVA Compass, BBVA became PNC, I stayed through it all. Now I can’t get a return phone call or a explanation for a obvious mistake on their part.
I will be closing my long time account with this institution and would urge anyone looking for a bank to drive past this one and not make the mistake of falling for the lies that they tell.

This bank went from being one of the best banks in town when it was BBVA, to the very worst bank anywhere that you could imagine when it became PNC. The customer service is virtually non-existent. Suddenly there are fees on top of fees on top of fees added to a simple checking account. That account will be closed on Monday and all other funds will be removed from that bank. I took a risk and stayed with them when I should have moved to our hometown bank Citizens National Bank. I encourage everyone to come to CNB with me and abandon this Tower of Power that caters only to corporate concerns, while the average consumer holds the door for them.
