Drove up from Houston and had an absolutely amazing buying experience. Paul Leopold was my sales consultant and Eric was the sales manager. Both made the process extremely easy, fast, and fair. Got a great new truck that I’m very happy with, and the entire process went so smooth and so fast I was honestly taken aback when it was finished so quickly. Can’t recommend them enough. Skip the big city dealerships and get your car from good people.

Rockdale country Ford are very nice. They are Hometown people who don't judge you on the way that you dress or if u are toothless. They welcome you with Hometown friendliness. They go above and beyond to make sure that you get the vehicle you want &-or need.

I started having electrical issues with my 2018 Ford Escape on Sunday. I had to leave town Tuesday and really needed it checked before I left. They told me to bring it and they would work it in. I dropped it off by 10am and received a call before noon letting me know what they’d found and the cost of the repairs. I had my repaired car back by 4pm. Everyone there is absolutely awesome! They really do treat you like family. I could go to dealerships nearby, but I prefer to drive the 40 miles, one way, and receive exceptional service.

Since the age of 16, I have basically used the Ford service center of my hometown. I’m now 63 years old, so taking my Ford Edge to a new service center I had no idea what to expect. They were absolutely amazing! Completely professional, eager to please, and easy to communicate with about my problem with the dashboard display system that was not working. They had a courtesy vehicle to run me home while they worked on my vehicle and then come get me once they were able to fix the problem.

I was very happy with their service, and will not hesitate to go back there again. Job well done!!!

My work truck came from Rockdale Country Ford and I brought it back to have an accessory added. The staff was friendly and fast. They got my accessory added in no time and visited with me about more accessories. I had them order the parts and will be returning for more service.

I drive an hour to get my service done at Rockdale Ford. I've been to other dealers and end up with damage to my vehicle from their services. Scratches on the fenders from oil changes etc. Rockdale takes excellent care of their customer's vehicles and charges a fare price. Highly recommend these guys, they'll get you taken care of.
