Have used Gladstone Plumbing Co for a number of plumbing services (including sink replacement and water softener installation) and I could not be happier. Jack is excellent and a great expert in the field. You can always rely on this company not only for great service but honest and up-front pricing and explanations of what needs to be done. Was really stressed at first when looking for a plumbing company to complete all the repairs I needed because oftentimes these days it’s hard to find ones that are honest and don’t rip you off. I’m so glad I found this company and will absolutely continue to use Gladstone Plumbing Co for all the plumbing needs I encounter.

Jeff came out to my house today as my bath was leaking water and I couldn't get it to stop. He presented me with very detailed and straightforward options for repairing the issue. Once he started on the washer replacement and determined this would not fix the problem, we needed to go with option #2. He did not charge me for #1 or the visit itself! We're setting up an appointment to go with option #2. I look forward to giving them my business for both this repair and my future plumbing needs!

Gladstone Plumbing Co is my main, well, only, choice for plumbing problems. Over the years I've had Gladstone out to repair a dishwasher not draining, install replacement faucets in my kitchen and garage, hose bibs in the front yard and, most recently, a slow draining bathroom sink. David was professional, a swift worker and had that drain draining in no time at all. I highly recommend Gladstone and there will always be my first choice in plumbing.

Overall great experience! If you need a plumber, these are the folks to reach out to. They are very patient, professional. honest, reliable and hardworking. My home broke the main water line and I needed it fixed soonest. I called them and the plumber called me right back and gave me an estimate and we set the appointment. He was punctual and took the time to explain how the issue could be resolved. He fixed the issue in minutes to my amazement. You won't be disappointed with their work and work ethic.

We have used emergency 3 times in the past few years for gas line plumbing, a water heater and most recently to check a suspected leak. Gladstone Plumbing Co came out the same day I called to request service. They were very professional and did a very thorough job trying to determine the source of the leak. I highly recommend them for any plumbing needs.

I would definitely recommend this company. They are very knowledgeable and reliable. I had a pipe burst under my house and their technician came out on a weekend and got it repaired before the water damaged anything besides the carpet. Would definitely recommend them.

Biggest rip off in the city. They asked me to buy a membership in home services for a discounted price of $249 for a year of plumbing services with no future calls. The plumber came to my house and was here for 10 minutes, they charged a 2 hour minimum. I called to get a refund on the membership I had already paid for and they told me that service fee was $169. This may be the biggest ripoff in Houston, Texas. First, most service vendors charge a one hour service, not two hours. NEVER EVER USE THIS PLUMBING SERVICE.

I got talked into buying a service agreement prior to service and was given an appointment for today between 2-5. I gave my husband’s number as a contact and the “dispatcher” gave the plumber my phone number. I don’t bring my phone inside work so the plumber called my number and chalked it up to “no response.” Then I had to laugh as I was told someone can come out tomorrow! Tomorrow? In the midst of Tropical Storm Nicholas???? I can’t even get a supervisor on the phone after calling the “office” 3 times!!! Don’t use these people! I’ve been without water for 3 days and now I’m going to have to start at square one again!!!
