We saw all the great reviews and we were in the neighborhood. everything we tried was very good. My wife enjoyed and shared some ground beef enchiladas. Both of us ordered off their extensive lunch menu. I went with the succulent and tender beef fajita plate, it came with tortillas, rice and beans, both of us went with refried beans 'cause our grandbaby loves them.....just like me. My plate came with guacamole, pico de gallo and lots of grilled bell peppers and onions. Prices were very reasonable and the service was exemplary. When we're in the area we'll definitely be back for more of these goodies.

VERY GOOD AUTHENTIC MEXICAN FOOD! I have passed by this place so many times and always said, "We need to try that place." Well, today we did, and was GREAT. I can easily and wholeheartedly recommend this place. Entre, chips, salsa, and desserts were all fantastic. Service was great and friendly. Atmosphere is comfortable and relaxing.

First time coming here, the service was amazing, instantly greeted, and the waiter was constantly checking on our table to ensure we didn't need nothing. The food was amazing very rich in flavor and great quality. I loved the customer service and food overall I will definitely be back!

My son, his gf n her mom, 2 my hubby n I met up here. About half way between the 2 of us. My son ordered the fajitas Medina for 4 - for the 5 of us (I can't eat much)1st off, I've never had fajitas with all the veggies (cauliflower, broccoli etc) Hubby n I thought the veggies may be hard/not cooked well - but omg! We all loved it!

2nd - fajitas for 4 was the largest portion for 4 NY of us had seen! We've been loving at our other home in the country in Alabama and miss good Mexican food! Highly recommed trying this place out!

I keep coming back here and cannot express enough how great of an experience I have. Service is top notch. You feel like you're walking into a long time family-friend’s home. Margaritas are amazing and their entrees are just as good. Their chips and salsa are also fantastic! This is my favorite local family owned Mexican restaurant by far!

This is a hidden gem for sure. Our visit was 5 star beginning to end. We were greeted and seating right away. Every staff referred to us as "my friend" which had a very warm feel to it. The menu sounded so amazing it was hard to chose. The chips were hot and fresh and the salsa was perfect, a little on the spicy side, but super delicious. All of our entrees were hot and tasted great. The meat all had wonderful flavors. We didn't want to waste any! We ended the dinner with fried ice cream which was perfect as well. We definitely will visit again.

Wonderful little Mexican restaurant that we regretfully did not try until today. I had the California burrito and my wife had the flautas. We both chose beef fajita meat and there were no regrets. The atmosphere was very lovely, the staff was very nice and the food, most important of all, was delicious! Five stars.

Always have such a great experience here, would give more than 5 stars if I could! The food is amazing, and the drinks are delicious! We always enjoy coming here!

The food and service was excellent period and i love the big menu!! Reasonable price on mostly all the food as well...No complaints will go back again and again when visiting area. I was in a hurry this so I wasn't able to enjoy my food like I wanted to but everything we had was very tasty also there were several dishes on the menu I could have ordered.

The traffic was horrible but we were able to find a place to park. We were sat quickly for a party of seven even with five kids. The waitstaff was with us immediately. The food was fantastic. They were able to get us the kids food before our meal came. And it was all reasonably priced

Might not be fancy, but they have delicious (and reasonably priced) drinks! Happy hour is generous as well. Good service and food without much of a wait at all.

Best Mexican food in the Woodlands! Food is consistently on point, drinks are always good whether it's house or top shelf, service is what I consider to be "above and beyond". The Rico dinner plate with charro beans is my personal favorite.

I have been there twice and it's wonderful. The food is excellent. Today I had the lunch fajitas they even had fried pickled onions which were delicious.. the sides for the fajitas come with guacamole.
This is my favorite Mexican restaurant I have ever eaten at.

This is the best Mexican food I’ve ever had in TX so far! I’ve eaten at other Mexican places in the Houston area but this by far is the most excellent food and the staff was so pleasant and welcoming! I will be coming back often. Reminds me of the food back home in Cali! Xo

The food here is incredible!

Upon arrival, the chips and salsa arrived hot and fresh! The guacamole is well-seasoned and made fresh in house. For my meal, I had a Chile relleno and enchiladas—both super tasty, hot, and absolutely delicious!

I highly recommend this place—do not get scared off by its exterior. It is a wonderful, small, well-run local place!

Food was delicious. Drinks were strong. No skimping on portions here. Try the stuffed avocado. Life changing. Can’t go wrong with the Burrito California.
