Nordstrom Rack

Had a very pleasant experience here. Store was very clean and organized. It's not like most other stores where products and clothes would be strewn about and used. There was also a very nice cashier by the name of Shawna working there. Over all the employees there were great and never made me feel uncomfortable. Pricing is very fair also and I never felt like products were overpriced. Overall would recommend.

Excellent selection, super well organized, and clean. I liked the selection for women's jackets and they had a lot of sizes for sweaters. I went in to find a sports bra and running shorts and was able to find a few great options. A Nike bra was even on clearance for $9, so great prices.
Went in on a Friday afternoon and it didn't have a wait at the cash wrap.

It's actually smaller than I expected inside, also kinda dim inside, the lighting was sort of gloomy but they have a good selection of clothing and shoes to shop. I feel the accessories area was a bit messy in the corner... all the sunnies were scratched up and jumbled together. I also noticed the loss prevention guy circling me as I shopped the sterling silver in the jewelry section which was a bit off-putting. I'm hispanic and although there were several "others" around doing the same as I was his focus seemed directed at me. I was really disappointed by that. The beauty and body care wasn't priced at all on the products or the shelving and that made it hard to shop. I honestly expected a better shopping experience.

Went in with a gift in mind. Walked out with it, and another great bargain.

Nordstrom, is my favorite go to store, for clothe, shoes, sandals, gift and much more!, I highly recomend this place, very well known brands…quality products,

i came in a few days ago and bough at new pair of pink sandals, and casey was the best!! he helped me to get my size and was so friendly recommending more shoes. we had such a nice conversation about a lot other things as well, it was so awesome!! he was so funny and sweet, he’s the best!!!

I had an issue with the return and it was a super frustrating situation. When I contacted the store for assistance, Emmy answered and took care of everything promptly. Always find the best deals. Staff isn’t always that attentive but then sometimes too attentive. Either way they’re always helpful and it’s obvious they have a good energy amongst the employees. The work that they have to do- the store is always well kept and organized to the next level. Supremely clean too. Also shout out to Emmy for providing customer service that has surpassed any that I’ve received in as long as I can remember.

I like the Nordstrom's rack I always have they carry my shoe size size 15 and they have awesome lost and found I left my $59 phone case in the shoe department I came back 3 days later and they had it for me and their bathrooms are spot-on clean if you ever need them I'm from Illinois and let's just say that's real important to me if you know what I mean they have a different standard in Illinois and it's not like the standard here in Texas I highly recommend the Nordstrom's rack

I travelled to the woodlands for work to meet a customer. 10 minutes out from my hotel, I realized that I somehow left my suit hanging at home! 😱😱😱 So I booked it to Nordstrom Rack and got there after 8pm, less than an hour before they closed. I quickly found a new suit, an extra pair of pants, white shirt, and a belt. Luckily I didn’t forget shoes! The total after tax came to $308 which is very reasonable. The fitting room was closed at 8:30pm but Samantha & Nova must have seen the desperation in my eyes, because they graciously let me in for a quick try-on! Great employees, great selection, and great deals.

Great deals!! They have a little bit of everything, the store is brand new so it’s a bit packed at time but they have ALL registers open. Our cashier, Jaime P, was absolutely lovely. The store and the bathrooms are very clean, I recommend going. I doubly you’ll be able to walk out empty handed.

If you’re not a Rack shopper, you need to know that The Rack is more of a “Diamond in the Rough” shopping experience. You need to go in with an open mind and hope you find your diamond. It’s hit or miss, but, when you hit, it’s worth it.

ME is the best floor manager , great personality , customer service is still a thing we could look forward to in a world of poor customer service . Hope they give her a promotion

I love me some Nordstrom Rack! I'm always able to find what I'm looking for. From shoes, to coats, sweaters, and jeans I get quality name brand clothing at much lower prices than department stores. This is One of my favorite places to shop and this store site did not disappoint.

1st time there. Discovered a hidden gem! So much quality and name brand merchandise they offer at affordable prices. Store and staff very nice.

Staff was polite, store was clean and easy to find merchandise.
Only complaint I have is the aisles were not wheelchair accessible and that was a BIG problem!

The Rack store is well managed and murchandised. It is my first stop when shopping clothes for men, women, & juniors but there are many departments and they are well stocked.
